  Verfahren zur Herstellung von   Kälte-oder Wärmeschutzschichten.

   Bei dem Verfahren nach der Erfindung gelangt Pappe zur Verwendung, die aus einer einzigen (in einem geschöpften) Schicht oder aus mehreren aufeinander gegautsehten oder geklebten Schichten bestehen kann. Es können im letzteren Fall z. B. erweichte und auf diese Weise bildsam gemachte   Papierstückchen   übereinander geklebt werden. 



   Die Isolierschichten werden folgendermassen hergestellt : Auf eine Pappeschicht werden Metalloder andere geeignete Stäbe in Abständen voneinander verteilt. Dann wird über diese Stäbe eine zweite Pappeschicht auf die erste geklebt oder gegautscht. Auf die neu entstandene Schicht werden wieder Stäbe gebracht, jedoch versetzt, d. h. so, dass sie zwischen die Stäbe der unteren Schicht zu liegen kommen. 



  Dann wird eine weitere Schicht aufgeklebt oder aufgegautscht. Dieser Vorgang wird so oft wiederholt, bis die Isolierschicht die gewünschte Stärke erreicht hat. Die eingelegten Stäbe werden nach vollendeter Arbeit entfernt. 



   Die Isolierschicht passt sich der Gestalt des zu schützenden Gefässes oder Raumes aufs genaueste an. So können z. B. der Boden und die Wandungen bei den bekannten Kochkisten oder Thermosflaschen aus einem Stück gearbeitet werden. Grössere Behälter bzw. Körper, wie z. B. die bekannten Eiskasten

PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kälte-oder Wänneschutzschichten aus Pappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf eine Pappeschicht Metallstäbe od. dgl. in Abstand voneinander gelegt werden, über diese Stäbe eine zweite Pappeschioht auf die erste geklebt oder gegautscht und das Verfahren derart fortgesetzt wird, dass die Stäbe der folgenden Schicht gegen die der vorhergehenden versetzt, d. h. zwischen ihnen, liegen, worauf nach Fertigstellung die Stäbe entfernt werden. **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**.
