  Heizplatte zum Vulkanisieren hohler Radreifen im Aachen Zustande. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Heizplatte zum Vulkanisieren hohler Radreifen im flachen
Zustande und besteht darin, dass die   Wtùstprofile   aus Eigenstücken bestehen und an der Heizplatte auf verschieden breite Reifen quer einstellbar angeordnet sind. 



   Durch diese Einrichtung wird es ermöglicht, mit ein und derselben Heizplatte Laufmäntel von verschiedener Grösse und Form auszubessern bzw. mit einer neuen Lauffläche zu versehen. 



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform veranschaulicht u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 eine Vulkanisierplatte in Draufsicht und Fig. 2 in Seitenansicht. 



   Die Profilplatte b ist auf beiden Seiten mit verschiedenen, den   Laufflächenquerschnitten   ent- sprechenden Profilierungen versehen, so dass eine Platte für zwei verschiedene Reifensorten verwendet werden kann. 



   Um verschieden breite Laufmäntel vulkanisieren zu können, sind   erfindungsgemäss   besondere
Wulstbeilagen a vorgesehen, die seitlich verschiebbar sind und auf die Breite des Mantels eingestellt werden können. Die Wulstbeilagen verlaufen von der Wulstrinne kreisförmig nach innen gegen die Profil- platten und sind mit Schlitzen versehen, die vom äusseren Rand bis nahe zur Wulstrinne reichen. Mittels der Schrauben e, die in mit Muttergewinden versehenen Bohrungen der Platte b eingeschraubt werden, werden die Wulstbeilagen auf dieser Platte festgestellt. Die Schlitze gestatten die Wulstbeilagen ent- sprechend der Laufmantelbreite weiter oder enger zu stellen. 



   Die Profilplatte wird mit den Wulstbeilagen oben auf eine erhitzte Platte gelegt und so auf die zum
Vulkanisieren nötige Temperatur gebracht.

   This device makes it possible to use one and the same heating plate to repair running jackets of different sizes and shapes or to provide them with a new running surface.

   The profile plate b is provided on both sides with different profiles corresponding to the tread cross-sections, so that one plate can be used for two different types of tire.



   In order to be able to vulcanize barrel shells of different widths, special ones are according to the invention
Bead shims a provided, which are laterally displaceable and can be adjusted to the width of the jacket. The bead shims run circularly inwards from the bead channel towards the profile plates and are provided with slots that extend from the outer edge to near the bead channel. The slots allow the bead shims to be made wider or narrower according to the barrel surface width.
