Fig. 7,8 und 9 zeigen diese Einrichtung.
Bremsschuh I in beweglichem Zusammenhange steht.

'But a roller n (or some other rolling means) is installed in front of the same, by means of which the rocker, when it rotates in the direction of the arrow, runs onto the brake shoe g shortly before it is put down and lifts the rocker basket. As soon as the roller n has left the brake shoe, however, the stop b of the wipper, which is slightly behind the roller, reaches the protruding, that is to say, engaged, brake shoe g and is thus again carried out in the same way as with those already mentioned
Execution of the brake shutdown of the rocker
Naturally, the rocker basket is lifted slightly from the drive rollers, just like in the first versions, and the rocker is restarted again by pulling back the brake shoe and doing a new one
The rocker basket sinks back onto the drive rollers.
In the case of existing constructions, which always have a bump-free, braking effect of the
Mediate rockers, high rocker speeds can be selected and thus high rocker performance can be achieved. Just like the seesaw shutdown, the engagement of the lintel movement can u. between the effect of the own gravity of the arriving laden hunt.
Compared to the known such constructions, the present innovation differs in that no springs are used and the reliable effect of the device is achieved by the different weights of the full and empty dogs and by a loading weight.
7, 8 and 9 show this device.
In the track angles a1 serving as luffing entry tracks, in which the wheelset of the loaded
Huntes is held in the usual way during the seesaw stretch, is a movable in a hinge c
Platform b'built, which interrupts the running surface of the toe angle and only slightly longer than the
The hunt's wheelbase is kept, so it only occupies part of the length of the entrance track.
The lever d attached to the platform acts with its roller on a lever h ", and through the bearing pin z on an opposing lever Al, which is provided with a load weightg 'and which by means of a rod m and lever n' the engagement device of the rocker actuated.
This consists of a double joint Je, 7c ', of which the lever k is wedged onto the shaft r, whereas the second lever 7c' connected to the pin y is directly connected to the lever 7c 'guided into the carriage s
Brake shoe I is in a moving relationship.
If, when the loaded hunt enters the rocker in the direction of the arrow, the wheel sets of the hunt reach the platform b ', this is pressed down by the action of the full cart around the hinge c, so that the extended platform arm (lever) d with its role fol au presses the lever h "and moves it downwards. This lifts the second lever h 'with the loading weight g' and, by means of the connecting rod m. and the lever n ', pushes the double joint k, kl up from its dead position. The brake shoe As a result, I goes back, the descending luffing ring comes into contact with the rotating drive rollers o and the luffing movement of the luffing takes place.
Since the roller f 'of the platform lever d leaves the lever arm All immediately after the rocker begins to rotate, the device located outside the rocker basket returns to its initial position through the action of the counterweight g', thus bringing both the double joint 7c, 7c 'into its dead position back as well as the levers h ″, h ″ to their previous position, with the brake shoe naturally also advancing again into its position ready for braking.
After completion of the rocker rotation, during which the hunt is emptied, the rocker is automatically set down in a known manner by pushing the rocker stop onto the brake shoe. In this case, the roller f'of the platform lever d again moves onto the lever All, whereby the lever d and the platform are raised, since the weight effect of the now empty hunt is smaller than the counterweight effect on the weight lever h '.
The platform is thus pushed down by the full hunt, whereby the lifting of the counterweight and the engagement of the rocker drive take place; the counterweight effect, however, brings the platform with the deflated hunt back to its starting position.
In order to ensure that the hunt entering the luffing device remains in its correct position, a locking device for the hunt is attached in the entrance angles, which is at the same time as the
Platform movement is actuated. The locking device consists of specially shaped locking levers u, which are wedged on a spindle v and which by a second lever w when the fall
Platform to be raised. The bracket x connected to the platform therefore presses on the shorter lever w when it descends through the loaded full hunt, the locking levers jumping up
