Austragvorlichtung für Griess-und Dunstputzmaschinen u. dgl.
Es sind Austragvorrichtungen für Griess-und Dunstputzmaschinen u. dgl. bekannt, bei denen, zur Vermeidung des Zutrittes von falscher Luft, an dem Schüttelsieb der Griess-und Dunstputzmaschine ein Abstreichblech befestigt ist, das in eine aus einem Schlauch gebildete Tasche hineinragt und aus dieser das geputzte Gut herausfördert. Hiebei wird durch das geputzte Gut der Luftabschluss gebildet, der aber dann nicht vollkommen ist, wenn nur wenig Putzgut vorhanden ist. Dieser Nachteil wird durch die Erfindung vermieden, die in der Zeichnung in einer als Beispiel dienenden Ausführungsform dargestellt ist.
Gemäss der Zeichnung ist unter dem Ausfallende eines Schüttelsiebes d der Putzmaschine ein Abwurfsteg c angeordnet, auf den das geputzte Gut herabfällt. Dieser die ganze Breite des Siebes d einnehmende Steg c ist nach dem Ausfall zu durch zwei pendelnd aufgehängte Klappen b, bl abgeschlossen, die infolge des in der Putzmaschine herrschenden Luftzuges von der Aussenluft gegen den Steg c gedrückt werden, so dass die falsche Luft sicher abgesperrt ist. Am Ende des Schüttelsiebes d ist unten ein an der hin-und hergehenden Bewegung des Siebes d teilnehmendes Abstreichblech a angebracht, das in das sich auf dem Abwurfsteg c ablagernde Gut hineinragt.
Durch die hin-und hergehende Bewegung dieses Abstreichbleches a wird das geputzte Gut vom Steg c gegen die Klappen b gedrückt, die dann einen schmalen, nach dem Aufhören des Druckes sich sofort wieder schliessenden Spalt zum Durchtritt des Gutes freigeben.
Wenn das Abstreichblech a abdichtend auf der oberen Fläche des Steges c gleitet, so kann die hintere Klappe bl in Fortfall kommen, da das geputzte Gut dann nur durch die vordere Klappe ausgetragen wird.
