   In der abgeänderten Form (Fig. 7) sind die Enden b2, b2 des Hammerstückes (Fig. 5) etwas langer als in Fig. 2, so dass alle drei Theile, Schneidblatt, Hammerstück und Stiel   zusammcngenietet werden können.   In Fig. 8 ist das Schneidblatt und der Hammerkopf aus einem Stück geformt, dabei ist der Lappen des   Hammerstückcs   durch Niederbiegen unter die Enden des Stieles gesichert. Wenn der Stiel aus zwei Stücken hergestellt wird, so kann das Loch c3 mit einer Hülse c6 ausgefüttert werden. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Ein Beil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass   sämtliche   Theile desselben und zwar Schneidblatt,   Hammerstück   und Stiel aus Motallblcch hergestellt und durch Schweissen oder Nieten mit einander verbunden sind.

   In the modified form (Fig. 7) the ends b2, b2 of the hammer piece (Fig. 5) are somewhat longer than in Fig. 2, so that all three parts, cutting blade, hammer piece and handle can be riveted together. In Fig. 8 the cutting blade and the hammer head are molded in one piece, the flap of the hammer piece is secured by bending down under the ends of the handle. If the handle is made of two pieces, the hole c3 can be lined with a sleeve c6.



   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A hatchet, characterized in that all parts of the same, namely cutting blade, hammer piece and handle are made of metal sheet and are connected to one another by welding or riveting.

3. Embodiment according to claim l, wherein the rear end of the cutting blade is elongated and pending inside the hammer piece.

3. Modification according to claim 1, in which the cutting blade and hammer head are made from a single piece and the flap of the hammer piece is bent down under the ends of the handle.
