The present invention relates to a latch bolt lock with chubb tumblers, which differs from other constructions of this type in that the tumblers rest against the latch with a nose when the latch is being set in such a way that their springs act simultaneously on the latch.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, u. Between: Fig. 1 shows the inner parts of the lock in a position in which the latch can be retracted by means of the handle, Fig. 2 shows a similar view of the parts, with the latch being retracted with the aid of the key.
In the drawing is. 1 the latch, which can be pushed back in a known manner either with the aid of the key 18 or the spring-loaded trigger 14 with the intermediary of the intermediate lever 12. 5 are the chubb tumblers, in the cutout 9 of which the attachment 11 attached to the latch bolt plays. These tumblers, which are under the action of the spring 7 and are rotatable about the point 6, have a

is in the day position (Fig. 1) and is withdrawn, regardless of whether by the pusher 14 or by the key 18, the latch is under the action of the springs 7 influencing the chubb tumblers.
This avoids the arrangement of special springs for the bolt latch and simplifies the lock.
