   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Verbrennungskraftmaschinen, insbesondere   Fahrzeugmaschinen,   und besteht darin, dass der Zylinder leicht auswechselbar in den der Länge   nach geteilten Kühlmantelblock   eingesetzt ist. Bei dieser Ausbildung können Ausbesserungen im Innern des Zylinders auch auf der Strasse von einem einzelnen Mann leicht ausgeführt werden ; ferner wird die Lebensdauer der Maschine eine grössere, da bei ausgearbeitetem Zylinder oder beim Springen des Wassermantels nur der schadhafte Teil ausgewechselt werden braucht, während der andere Teil   weiter verwendungsfähig   bleibt. Von besonderem Vorteil ist die Ausführung je zweier Zylinder in einem Block. 



   Auf der Zeichnung ist-eine der Erfindung gemäss ausgebildete Fahrzeugmaschine in Ansicht, teilweise im Längsschnitt, schematisch veranschaulicht. 



   Der Kühlmantel-   ? ist   der Länge nach in die beiden Teile l'und   und-   geteilt ; in diesem ist der Zylinder 2 leicht auswechselbar eingesetzt. Der Zylinder 2 ist an einer Stelle durch einen Flansch   J verstärkt,   der in eine entsprechende Rille des Kühlmantels 1 eingreift, wodurch der Zylinder 2 in seiner Lage festgestellt wird. Die Bohrung des Kühlmantels 1 ist ein wenig kleiner als der Zylinder 2, damit dieser beim Verbinden der Kühlmantelhälften 1', 1'', was mittels Schrauben erfolgt, festgeklemmt wird. Die Einrichtung ist, wie schon erwähnt,   hauptsächlich   für Zweizylinderblöcke gedacht. 



   Die Ventile, von denen in der Zeichnung nur das Saugventil4 ersichtlich ist, sind mit ihrem einen Flansch 5 tragenden Gehäuseende durch Schrauben befestigt und hiebei durch einen zylindrischen oder   konischen   Ansatz 6 des Flansches 5 an die   entsprechend ausgebildeten Mündungsöffnungen   7 der Rohr-   stutzenansätze   des Zylinders 2 dicht angeschlossen. 



   Um in das Innere des Zylinders 2 zu gelangen, wird der   Wassermantel auseinandergeschraubt,   worauf der Zylinder 2 ohne weiters herausgenommen werden kann.
