Vorrichtung zum Offnen von Einkochgtäsem.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung besteht in einer Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von Einkochgläsern, welche an jedem Glas von beliebiger Grösse und Form bei der Fabrikation mit angebracht werden kann.

An dem Glase a befindet sich oben eine Nase cl von dreieckigem Profil, am Deckel b eine ebensolche Nase c, welche beide beim Einkochen miteinander korrespondierende Lagen einnehmen müssen.
Das Eigenartige der Erfindung besteht in den vorbeschriebenen Nasen cl und c, durch welche ohne viel Mühe und Zeitverlust sowie ohne Beschädigung der Gummidichtung die Öffnung des fest verschlossenen Einkochglases bewirkt wird, indem zwischen die einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen der Nasen ein Holzstäbchen oder ein anderer zweckentsprechender Gegenstand geklemmt wird, wodurch sodann mit einem kurzen Ruck die Öffnung erfolgt.
Durch die Erfindung wird ein grosser Vorteil gegenüber den bisher bekannten Einkochgläsern verschiedener Systeme und Formen geschaffen, weil beim Öffnen derselben meistens die Gummidichtung lädiert oder gänzlich unbrauchbar wurde oder das Glas selbst beim Öffnen durch Anwendung von Gewalt der Vernichtung anheim fiel.
Alle diese Übelstände werden durch die Anordnung und Wirkungsweise der vorliegenden Erfindung beseitigt.

The peculiarity of the invention consists in the above-described noses cl and c, through which the opening of the tightly closed jar is effected without much effort and loss of time and without damaging the rubber seal by clamping a wooden stick or other suitable object between the opposing surfaces of the noses which then opens with a short jerk.
The invention provides a great advantage over the previously known canning jars of various systems and shapes, because when opening the same mostly the rubber seal was damaged or completely unusable or the glass itself fell victim to destruction when opened by the use of force.
All of these inconveniences are eliminated by the arrangement and operation of the present invention.
