Verfahren zur Herstellung von Puppenköpfen u. dgl.
Die Herstellung von billigen Puppenköpfen mit stoffüberzogenen Füllungen aus Sägespänen, Papiermasse, Watte u. dgl. sowie solchen aus Papier-oder Pappeblättern erscheint immer noch zu kostspielig, da dabei der Überzug zuerst genäht und dann ausgestopft wird und auch die Füllung sich im Preise zu hoch stellt.
Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun die Herstellung solcher Puppen auf die einfachste Weise und mit sonst nicht mehr verwendbaren Abfallstoffen und besteht darin, dass über einer zusammengeballten Papierkugel (Zeitungspapier o. dgl. ) als Füllstoff ein Leinwand-, Chiffon-o. dgl. weisses Stoffstück ge- spannt, ein kurzes herausgezogenes Stück als Nase und der Endrand als Halsstück zweckmässig an einem Stab, abgebunden, das Ganze dann in flüssig gemachten Leim o, dgl. getaucht, gegebenenfalls durch einige Druckwirkungen noch geformt, dann getrocknet und schliesslich bemalt wird. Es entsteht hierdurch ein fester, harter, nahezu unzerbrechlicher Kopf, der sich besonders für originelle Genrepuppen vorzüglich eignet und die Herstellungskosten auf das geringste Mass herabsetzt.
