Presse für Beinkleider.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Presse für Beinkleider mit zusammenklappbaren Pressplatten. Während bei den bekannten Ausführungen die Presse aus zwei selbständigen, miteinander durch Scharniere verbundenen Pressplatten besteht, bei anderen Pressen überdies jede Pressplatte auch der Quere nach in zwei selbständige Teile geteilt ist und beide wieder durch Scharniere verbunden sind, um die Presse ausser Gebrauch so zusammenklappen zu können, dass die beiden Plattenhälften, aufeinander zu liegen kommen, besteht die Presse nach der Erfindung aus einem einzigen Materialstück mit einer Bugstelle in der Längsrichtung zur Bildung der beiden Pressplatten und Schlitzen in der Querrichtung, um das Zusammenklappen der Presse ausser Gebrauch zu ermöglichen. Hierdurch ist die Herstellung der Presse besonders einfach und billig.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht die Presse für Beinkleider nach der Erfindung in beispielsweiser Ausführung in Fig. i in ihrer Offenstellung und in Fig. 2 in zusammengeklappter Pressstellung.
Die Presse besteht nach der veranschaulichten Ausführungsform aus zwei zusammenklappbaren Pressplatten 1, 2, die der Form des zusammengefalteten Beinkleides entsprechend gestaltet sind. Die Platte 1 ist die Unterlagsplatte ; die Platte 2 kann über die Platte 1 und über beide Platten der umklappbare Rand 3 der Platte 1 geklappt werden. Die Platte 2 besitzt einen Ausschnitt 4 für Beinkleider mit aufgestülpten unteren Rändern der Beinteile der Hose. Die Presse ist zweckmässig als'ein Materialstück durch Stanzen oder Ausschneiden hergestellt. Die Schlitze 5 sollen das Umklappen der Platten 2 und 3 erleichtern. Längs der unterbrochenen Linien 6 verlaufen die Bugstellen, die das Umklappen der Platten leicht ermöglichen.
Die Schlitze 5 lassen ein weiteres Zusammenklappen der Presse zu, so dass die beiden Plattenhälften 1, 1 und 2, 2 aufeinander zu liegen kommen und die Presse sehr wenig Raum einnimmt.
Das zusammengefaltete Beinkleid wird auf die Platte 1 gelegt. Die Platte 2 wird über die Platte 1 und das Beinkleid geklappt und dann der Rand 3 über die Platte 2 gebogen. V-förmige Klammern 8 werden auf den Rand 3 aufgeklemmt und sichern die Pressplatten 1, 2 in ihrer Pressstellung.

The invention relates to a press for trousers with collapsible press plates. While in the known designs the press consists of two independent press plates connected to one another by hinges, in other presses each press plate is also divided transversely into two independent parts and both are connected again by hinges so that the press can be folded up when not in use can that the two plate halves come to rest on top of each other, the press according to the invention consists of a single piece of material with a bow point in the longitudinal direction to form the two pressing plates and slots in the transverse direction to allow the press to be folded together when not in use. This makes the production of the press particularly simple and cheap.
The drawing illustrates the press for trousers according to the invention in an exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1 in its open position and in FIG. 2 in the folded press position.
According to the illustrated embodiment, the press consists of two collapsible press plates 1, 2, which are designed in accordance with the shape of the folded leg dress. The plate 1 is the base plate; the plate 2 can be folded over the plate 1 and the foldable edge 3 of the plate 1 over both plates. The plate 2 has a cutout 4 for trousers with turned-up lower edges of the leg parts of the trousers. The press is expediently manufactured as a piece of material by punching or cutting out. The slots 5 are intended to make it easier for the panels 2 and 3 to be folded over. The bow points which allow the panels to be easily folded down run along the broken lines 6.
The slots 5 allow the press to be folded up further, so that the two plate halves 1, 1 and 2, 2 come to rest on one another and the press takes up very little space.
The folded trousers are placed on the plate 1. The plate 2 is folded over the plate 1 and the trousers and then the edge 3 is bent over the plate 2. V-shaped clips 8 are clamped onto the edge 3 and secure the press plates 1, 2 in their pressed position.
