Verfahren zur Herstellung von Transformatorenöl aus Teerölen.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Transformatorenöl aus Teerölen.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass beim Behandeln von Teerölen mit Oxydationsmitteln, wie Kaliumbichromat-, Kaliumpermanganatmischung u. dgl. bei niedrigen Temperaturen eine Umwandlung der Teeröle in der Art vor sich geht, dass sie in zähflüssige Harze und flüssige Öle, die als Transformatorenöle verwendbar sind, getrennt worden.
Man kann entweder die Teeröle direkt mit einer Oxydationsmischung behandeln oder

Ausführungsbeispiele :' I. 100 kg Teeröle werden auf - 15 bis - 200 C abgekühlt und mit einer Kaliumbichromatmischung etwa eine Stunde lang unter Umrühren behandelt. Man lässt dann die Mischung Zimmertemperatur annehmen. Beim Stehen setzt sich aus der Mischung ein zähflüssiges Harz ab. Das darüber stehende Öl wird abgetrennt und einer Raffination mit 2 bis 3% 66iger Schwefelsäure unterworfen. Nach dem Abziehen der Schwefelsäure und Auswaschen wird dann das Öl im Vakuum destilliert.
2. 100 kg Teeröl werden in 100 kg Benzin gelöst und alsdann bei o bis 50 oxydiert.
Im übrigen verfährt man nach Abdestillation des Lösungsmittels genau wie nach Beispiel i.
Man hat bereits vorgeschlagen, Teeröle mit Sauerstoff oder Luft zu behandeln. Bei diesem Verfahren wird jedoch bei- höheren Temperaturen gearbeitet, bei denen eine Verdickung zur Pechbildung eintritt. Im vorliegenden Falle sollen jedoch gerade flüssige Öle hergestellt werden. Infolgedessen wird bei niedriger Temperatur gearbeitet.
