Fig. I den Querschnitt des Stativkopfes,
Fig. II den Längsschnitt der Drehvorrichtung desselben,
Fig. III einen Federstahlring bekannter Art in Seitenansicht und Draufsicht,
Fig. IV eine Zapfenlagerung bekannter Art.
In

Type of mounting for cinema recorders on tripods.
The invention relates to a new type of fastening for cinema recorders on tripods and consists in the pivot point for the lifting and lowering movement of the device being at the same height as the crankshaft of the same, for the purpose of providing the shock effect when the crank is operated reduce to a minimum,) ''
The known fastening methods of the type mentioned require a disproportionately large distance of the apparatus crank from the actual support point (of the apparatus), which is located in the tripod head, which has an adverse effect on the stability.
According to the invention, this circumstance is to be taken into account in such a way that instead of the usual mounting plate of the tripod head, the apparatus, which for this purpose is equipped with bearing journals at the appropriate point, is inserted directly into the bearing points for the lifting and lowering movement. Furthermore, the bearing points for the moving parts of the tripod head have been improved in the sense that a loss of stability due to the progressive wear and tear of the parts in question is prevented.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment, namely shows:
Fig. I the cross section of the tripod head,
II shows the longitudinal section of the rotating device of the same,
III shows a spring steel ring of a known type in side view and top view,
Fig. IV a journal bearing of a known type.
As can be seen from the drawing (FIG. I), part 1 with the toothed ring a comes into consideration as the stationary body and is provided with three pairs of tabs 2 for the purpose of attaching the stand feet. Above it rests rotatably part 4, which is pressed elastically against part 1 by a spring steel ring of known type 3 shown in FIG.
The rotary movement is brought about by the spindle 27 which is eccentrically embedded in a bolt and which is in intimate contact with the ring gear a due to the pressure of the spring 29 on the nose 28 located on the bolt. This device is shown in Fig. II in section: The spindle 32 with the bores collar c for attaching the crank lies in the eccentrically drilled bolt 31, which carries the aforementioned nose for the spring 29 on the outer edge and is embedded in the drilled body 30. In order to prevent any vibration when rotating the apparatus, both the bolt 31 and the spindle 32 are each secured by a spring steel ring 33 and 35 according to FIG. III by means of the nuts 34 and 36, respectively. The recording apparatus (Fig.
I, 10) rests with bearing pins 9 fastened on both sides between a pair of supports 8 which are cast in one piece with part 4. The bearing points for the pin 9 are expediently constructed in a known manner, as FIG. IV clearly shows.
The apparatus crank 11 is at the same height as the bearing pin 9. The upward and downward position of the apparatus is actuated by a device which rests on a fork-like attachment 12 on part 4. The two fork ends are provided with bearings according to FIG. IV, in which an axle 16 lies, the middle part of which is designed as a ring 20. In

This is a sleeve 15 with a conical bead which is rotatably enclosed by the adjusting nut.
The latter is forcibly connected to the key ring 22 by means of notches and can be readjusted after loosening the fixing screw 25. The angular gear 17 is fastened to the sleeve 15 and engages in the gear 18 loosely seated on the axis 16 and receives its movement from the drive gear 19. The threaded spindle 14 passes through the sleeve 15 and, in order to avoid a dead turn, the sleeve 24 is positively connected to the former by means of notches, but both sleeves are also elastically pressed together by the spring steel ring 25 (according to FIG. III) by means of the cap screw 26. The threaded spindle 14 carries a continuous cross bolt 13 at the upper end, which is mounted on both sides on the front of the apparatus 10 according to FIG. IV.
For the purpose of lifting and lowering, the crank is attached to the axis of the drive wheel 19, the movement is transmitted to the sleeves 15 and 24, the spindle 14 rising or lowering.
