  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Beton mit geringem spezifischen Gewichte. 



   Bekannt ist die Erzeugung eines leichten Betons unter Verwendung des Bimssteines als Zuschlagsstoff, doch-besitzt derselbe einerseits keine ausreichende Festigkeit für tragende Konstruktionen und stellt sich andrerseits wegen der hohen Transportkosten für Gegenden, welche vom Fundorte weit entfernt sind, zu teuer. 



   Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt die Herstellung eines leichten Betons unter Verwendung eines künstlich erzeugten porösen Zuschlagsstoffes aus gebranntem Ton. Poröse Steine werden zum Zwecke besserer Wärmeisolierung bekanntlich erzeugt, indem zum angemachten Ton verbrennbare Bestandteile zugemengt werden. Es folgt dann das Brennen der Steine, welche an jenen Stellen, wo sich der verbrennbare   ZusÅatz   befand, Poren besitzen. Für die Betonbereitung kommen aber diese Erzeugnisse wegen ihrer geringen Festigkeit und der von der Schotterform abweichenden, meist ziegelförmigen Gestalt nicht in Frage. Um einen für die Betonberditung geeigneten leichten Zuschlagsstoff zu gewinnen, soll erfindungsgemäss Ton

   Die Erzeugung des leichten Zuschlagsstoffes kann aber auch in der Art erfolgen, dass nach Beimengung des verbrennbaren Materials die Teilung des Gemenges in Schotter und Sandkörner sogleich vorgenommen wird und nachträglich das Brennen bis über die Sintergrenze erfolgt. Das Erzeugnis, welches ausser geringem spezifischem Gewichte noch erhebliche Festigkeit besitzt, wird dann in bekannter Weise zur Betonherstellung verwendet.

   The present invention aims to produce a lightweight concrete using an artificially produced porous aggregate from burnt clay. Porous stones are known to be produced for the purpose of better thermal insulation by adding combustible components to the clay. This is followed by the burning of the stones, which have pores in those places where the combustible additive was located. For concrete preparation, however, these products are out of the question because of their low strength and the mostly brick-shaped shape, which deviates from the ballast shape.
