Zapfhahnverschluss.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zapfenhahnverschluss, der durch Ein-und Ausschrauben des Hahnkükens betätigt wird und ist darin gelegen, dass das Verschlussgewinde in zwei Blechhülsen eingepresst ist, die an dem Küken bzw. Hahngehäuse leicht auswechselbar befestigt sind. Diese Anordnung hat gegenüber dem eingeschnittenen Gewinde im Küken und Gehäuse den Vorteil, dass bei ausgeleiertem Gewinde nicht der ganze Hahn unbrauchbar wird, sondern nur die Schraubenhülsen durch neue ersetzt zu werden brauchen. Ausserdem sind die Schraubenhülsen gegen Abnutzung weit widerstandsfähiger als das eingeschnittene Gewinde.
In der Zeichnung ist ein mit dem neuen Verschluss versehener Zapfhahn beispielsweise veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigt Fig. i den Zapfhahn im Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 im Querschnitt nach der Linie A-B der Fig. i.
Im Hahngehäuse a ist eine Schraubenhülse b eingesetzt und durch einen an der Stirnwand des Hahngehäuses a anliegenden Flansch sowie eine an dem Hahngehäuse befestigte Kappe c gegen Drehung gesichert. Die Kappe c lässt durch eine zentrale Öffnung den Schlüssel d hindurchtreten. Der Küken besteht aus zwei Stücken e, f, die durch einen Bolzen g gegenseitig drehbar aber nicht verschiebbar miteinander verbunden sind. Der Bolzen g ist im Stück e fest eingeschraubt und durchsetzt lose das hohle Stück f, das mit einer Schraubenhülse h überzogen ist. Diese ist durch einen Querstift i mit dem Stück f undrehbar verbunden und in einer Schraubenhülse b geführt. In die Bohrung des Stückes f ist der abnehmbare Schlüssel d derart einzustecken, dass sein gegabeltes Schaftende den Stift i umfasst.
Das Absperrstück e ist in einer Dichtungshülse k geführt. Die Wirkungsweise des dargestellten Zapfhahnverschlusses ist die folgende : Beim Drehen des Schlüssels d wird die Schraubenhülse h aus der Schraubenhülse b heraus-oder hineinbewegt, wobei sie das Stück e, ohne es zu drehen, mitnimmt, das hiebei das Öffnen oder Schliessen des Hahnes bewirkt. Das Gewinde der Hülsen b, h ist vorzugsweise steil gewählt, um ein sehr rasches Öffnen oder Schliessen des Hahnes zu ermöglichen. Es könnte, ohne vom Erfindungsgedanken abzuweichen, der Querschnitt der Schraubenhülsen ein anderer als der dargestellte sein.

The invention relates to a spigot cock closure which is actuated by screwing in and unscrewing the cock plug and is located in that the closure thread is pressed into two sheet metal sleeves which are attached to the plug or cock housing in an easily exchangeable manner. This arrangement has the advantage over the incised thread in the plug and housing that if the thread is worn out, not the entire tap becomes unusable, but only the screw sleeves need to be replaced with new ones. In addition, the screw sleeves are far more resistant to wear than the cut thread.

A screw sleeve b is inserted in the cock housing a and secured against rotation by a flange resting against the end wall of the cock housing a and a cap c attached to the cock housing. The shut-off piece e is guided in a sealing sleeve k. The operation of the tap closure shown is as follows: When the key d is turned, the screw sleeve h is moved out of or into the screw sleeve b, taking the piece e with it without turning it, which causes the valve to open or close. The thread of the sleeves b, h is preferably chosen to be steep in order to enable the valve to be opened or closed very quickly. Without deviating from the concept of the invention, the cross section of the screw sleeves could be different from that shown.
