Aufsatzherd.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufsatzherd, dessen Bratröhre in bekannter Weise unter der Feuerung angeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist die Feuerung mit der Bratröhre fest verbunden und in das Herdgehäuse leicht herausnehmbar eingesetzt, wodurch nach Herausnehmen der Bratröhre die von den Rauchgasen umspülten Rauchkanäle freigelegt und daher einer gründlichen Reinigung untertogen werden können.
In der Zeichnung ist ein der Erfindung gemäss ausgebildeter Aufsatzherd in Fig. i im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 2 im Querschnitt dargestellt.
Die Feuerung 1 und die anschliessende Feuerbrücke 2 bilden den Aufsatz einer Bratröhre 3, die auf Schienen 4 des Herdgehäuses 5 ruht und aus diesem leicht herausgezogen werden kann. Die Stirnwand 6 des Herdes ist an der Bratröhre 3 angeordnet und mit einer Verschlusstür 7 für diese versehen.
Zwischen der Bratröhre 3 und dem Boden sowie den Seitenwänden und der Rückwand des Herdgehäuses 5 ist ein freier Raum vorhanden, der durch Wände 8, 9, 10 unterteilt ist. Hierdurch werden die Heizgase gezwungen, in der Pfeilrichtung nach hinten und über die Feuerbrücke 2 nach unten zu streichen, um hierauf unter der Wand 9 längs den Seitenwänden sowie unter dem Boden der Bratröhre dem Abzugsrohr 11 zuzuströmen.
Die Deckwand der Bratröhre steht unter der Einwirkung der nach unten ausstrahlenden Wärme der Feuerung.
Die Bratröhre, die erfindungsgemäss mit der Feuerung 1, der Feuerbrücke 2 und der Gehäusestirnwand 6 ein Ganzes bildet, wird durch zwei Flügelschrauben 12 in dem Herdgehäuse 5 festgehalten. Nach Herausziehen der Bratröhre 3 sind sämtliche von den Feuergasen umspülten Stellen freigelegt und können daher leicht und gründlich gereinigt werden.

The invention relates to a top cooker, the roasting tube of which is arranged in a known manner under the furnace. According to the invention, the furnace is firmly connected to the roasting tube and inserted into the stove housing so that it can be easily removed, so that after removing the roasting tube, the smoke channels surrounded by the flue gases are exposed and can therefore be subjected to thorough cleaning.
In the drawing, a top cooker designed according to the invention is shown in FIG. 1 in longitudinal section and in FIG. 2 in cross section.
The furnace 1 and the adjoining fire bridge 2 form the top of a roasting tube 3, which rests on rails 4 of the stove housing 5 and can be easily pulled out of this. The end wall 6 of the cooker is arranged on the roasting tube 3 and is provided with a closure door 7 for this.
Between the roasting tube 3 and the floor and the side walls and the rear wall of the oven housing 5 there is a free space which is divided by walls 8, 9, 10. As a result, the heating gases are forced to sweep backwards in the direction of the arrow and down over the fire bridge 2 in order to then flow under the wall 9 along the side walls and under the bottom of the roasting tube to the exhaust pipe 11.
The top wall of the roasting tube is affected by the heat from the furnace radiating downwards.
The roasting tube, which according to the invention forms a whole with the furnace 1, the fire bridge 2 and the housing end wall 6, is held in place in the stove housing 5 by two wing screws 12. After pulling out the roasting tube 3, all of the areas around which the fire gases have been washed are exposed and can therefore be cleaned easily and thoroughly.
