Aschenejektor für Lokomotiv-und andere Feuerungen.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Aschenejektoren für Lokomotiv-und andere Feuerungen, bei welchen aussen an der Vorderplatte des Unterluftkanales eine Ejektorkammer angebracht ist. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Ejektorenkammer mit zwei oder mehr Stützen ausgestattet ist, die unter verschiedenen Winkeln gestellt sind und von denen jeder zur Aufnahme eines Rohres für die Zuleitung des Ejektortreibmittels eingerichtet ist, um das den jeweiligen Erfordernissen entsprechende Rohr wählen zu können.
In den Zeichnungen ist Fig. i ein Längsschnitt eines Ejektors gemäss der Erfindung, Fig. 2 ist eine Vorderansicht hiervon.
Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform der Erfindung für eine Feuerung mit festem Rost und Unterluftkanal befestigt man den Ejektorkörper a mit Düsen d mittels Bo'zen oder anderweitig an. der Wand des Kanals b oder an der ihm tragenden Vorderplatte c.
Die Düsen, die beliebig ausgeführt und an ihrer Stelle befestigt sein können, stellen die Verbindung zwischen dem Unterluftkanal b und der Kammer e her, die der Gestalt des Kanals b angepasst ist.
Die Ejektorkammer e ist mit einem äusseren Rohr f verbunden, in das Luft, Dampf oder Wasser wahlweise mittels eines nicht gezeichneten Dreiweghahnes o. dgl. eingeleitet werden kann.
In manchen Fällen kann es vorteilhaft sein, das Rohr f lotrecht, in anderen wieder wagrecht oder unter einem beliebigen Winkel anzuordnen. Gemäss der Erfindung ist der Ejektorkörper a mit zwei in die Kammer e führenden Stützen g, h ausgestattet, von denen einer g, zwecks Aufnahme eines lotrechten Rohres f lotrecht und der andere h wagrecht oder der gewünschten Stellung des Rohres f entsprechend geneigt ist ; der jeweils nicht in
Gebrauch stehende Stutzen kann durch beliebige Mittel geschlossen werden.
Bei einer Lokomotive kann der Ejektor mit dem Ablasshahn verbunden oder sonstwie mit Wasser unter Kessel-oder anderen Druck gespeist werden.
Wenngleich die Erfindung nach vorstehendem bei einem Rost mit festen Unterluftkanal angewendet wird, kann sie doch auch bei beweglichen Unterluftkanälen verwendet werden.

The present invention relates to ash ejectors for locomotive and other furnaces, in which an ejector chamber is attached to the outside of the front plate of the lower air duct. The essence of the invention is that the ejector chamber is equipped with two or more supports which are placed at different angles and each of which is set up to receive a pipe for the supply of the ejector propellant in order to be able to choose the pipe that corresponds to the respective requirements .
In the drawings, Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of an ejector according to the invention, Fig. 2 is a front view thereof.
In the illustrated embodiment of the invention for a furnace with a fixed grate and a lower air duct, the ejector body a with nozzles d is attached by means of bolts or otherwise. the wall of the channel b or on the front plate supporting it c.
The nozzles, which can be designed in any way and fastened in their place, establish the connection between the lower air duct b and the chamber e, which is adapted to the shape of the duct b.
The ejector chamber e is connected to an outer pipe f, into which air, steam or water can optionally be introduced by means of a three-way cock (not shown) or the like.
In some cases it can be advantageous to arrange the pipe f vertically, in others again horizontally or at any desired angle.
