Umstrickter elektrischer ein- oder mehrfacher Leitungsdraht.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein ein-oder mehrfacher elektrischer Leitungsdraht, welcher einen gestrickten äusseren Mantel trägt, Bisher sind die elektrischen Leitungsdrähte umsponnen, umklöppelt oder umwickelt worden. Der umstrickte elektrische Leitungsdraht hat den Vorteil, dass das dehnbare Maschengebilde einen besseren Schutz gegen Bruch bei Biegung bietet und durch seine Struktur einen besonders geeigneten Träger für die Isolationenmasse darstellt.
In der Zeichnung stellen in beispielsweiser Ausführung Fig. i und 2 den einfachen elektrischen Leitungsdraht in zwei Ansichten dar, während Fig. 3 und 4 den mehrfachen Draht, also ein Kabel gleichfalls in zwei Ansichten veranschaulicht.
Der Draht a bzw. die Drähte al, < , a3, die in bekannter Weise in Isoliermaterial b eingebettet sein können, sind ein-oder mehrfach umstrickt. Der äussere Mantel c besteht also aus Strickware und dabei kann das verschiedenste Material zur Verwendung kommen. Besonders vorteilhaft dürfte, zumal in materialarmer Zeit ein Mantel sein, der aus Papier-garn gestrickt ist. Der Metalldraht kann auch direkt ein-oder mehrfach umstrickt und die Maschenhülle mit geeigneter Isoliermasse imprägniert werden.

The subject matter of the invention is a single or multiple electrical conductor wire which has a knitted outer jacket. So far, the electrical conductor wires have been wrapped, braided or wrapped.
