Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

  Process for the production of multi-storey cast houses from porous or lightweight concrete.

   In reinforced concrete building construction, the procedure in most cases in the production of structures was that first a framework made of concrete or reinforced concrete was produced, the openings of which were later filled with ordinary masonry. The supporting framework, columns, beams, etc. The like had to be switched on in this case. Other methods of increasing the load-bearing capacity of cheaper masonry consist in building hollow blocks made of lighter material on top of each other and filling the hollow shafts, cells, etc. formed with concrete or reinforced concrete.

   The invention consists in that the supporting columns, beams and. Like. Without the use of special formwork by pouring concrete or reinforced concrete into hollow sections, slots and the like left free in a known manner within the porous or lightweight concrete masonry. Like. Be made.

   The structure is made of lightweight concrete, as it is made using pumice sand, blast furnace slag, coal slag, tuff sand and the like. Like. Is produced in a known manner, listed. The columns, joists and the like, which are used to increase the load-bearing capacity of this masonry, which is not permitted for multi-story and heavily loaded building walls. Like. Concrete or reinforced concrete are not listed according to the method according to the invention, as before, with the production of a special formwork, but hollow sections, slots and the like are in the lightweight concrete mass when performing the wall. Like. Provided and filled with the more stable concrete material upon completion of the wall.

   The hollow sections, slots u. The like. Can have any cross section or a cross section determined by the type of building and can be formed by inserting a solid or hollow cast core with the relevant cross section.

   In the drawing, a masonry produced by the method is shown in Fig. 1 in a horizontal section, in Fig. 2 in a vertical section. For example, they are round

  Due to the columns, beams u. Like. Compared to the concrete frameworks to be produced separately by formwork, a significant reduction in time and effort is achieved and it is possible to use porous or lightweight concrete for loaded walls in building construction.
