  Maschine zum Formen von Kunststeinen, Briketts, Torf usw. 



   Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Maschine zum Formen von Kunststeinen aller Art, bzw. von Briketts. Torf usw. und besteht darin. dass die Form derart auf der Grundplatte angeordnet ist. dass sie umgekehrt werden kann. 



   Hierdurch wird es ermöglicht. den Formling beim Herausnehmen auf jene Fläche zum Aufliegen zu bringen, welche unmittelbar der Fusswirkung ausgesetzt war. mithin naturgemäss fester ist, als die gegenüberliegende Fläche. Der Formling ist somit   widerstandsfähiger.   



   In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Maschine schematisch, in Fig. i in Vorderansicht veranschaulicht. Die Fig. 2 bis 4 zeigen Teile der Maschine in Seitenansicht. Draufsicht bzw. Vorderansicht. 



   Das   laschinengestell   S trägt die Grundplatte P. auf welcher die Form F aufliegt. Die Form i t beiderseits mit Zapfen D versehen, welche in vertikal verschiebbaren Stützen s gelagert sind. Die Stützen s werden durch einen Fusshebel   H1 betätigt,   bei dessen Verschwenkung die Form F angehoben wird und sodann mit ihren Drehzapfen D in den Lagern der Stützen s umgedreht werden kann   (Fig. 4). An   der Unterseite der Form F ist ein   Griffbügel     !//vorgesehen,   der in der Gebrauchslage der Form in einer Ausnehmung an der Vorderseite der Grundplatte P (Fig. 3) zu liegen kommt. 



   An einem   Ständer SI   ist die Stampfeinrichtung angebracht, die aus dem in einem. Arm geführten Stampfer T und einer das Gewicht des Stampfers ausbalancierenden Feder Fi besteht. 



   Die Maschine gemäss der Erfindung eignet sich sowohl zum Formen von Kunststeinen aller Art, als auch von Briketts, Torf usw. in beliebiger äusserer Form. wobei die Formlinge entweder voll oder hohl ausgebildet sein können.

   The present invention relates to a machine for shaping artificial stones of all kinds or briquettes. Peat, etc. and consists in it. that the mold is arranged on the base plate in this way. that it can be reversed.



   This makes it possible. to bring the molding to rest on the surface that was directly exposed to the foot action when removing it. is therefore naturally stronger than the opposite surface. The molding is therefore more resistant.

   The machine frame S carries the base plate P. on which the form F rests. The mold is provided with pins D on both sides, which are mounted in vertically displaceable supports s. The supports s are operated by a foot lever H1, the pivoting of which raises the mold F and can then be turned with its pivot pin D in the bearings of the supports s (FIG. 4). A handle bar is provided on the underside of the mold F, which, when the mold is in the position of use, comes to rest in a recess on the front of the base plate P (FIG. 3).



   The ramming device is attached to a stand SI, which consists of the in one. Arm-guided tamper T and a spring Fi balancing the weight of the tamper.



   The machine according to the invention is suitable for shaping artificial stone of all kinds, as well as briquettes, peat, etc. in any external shape. wherein the moldings can be either solid or hollow.
