Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Formsteinen. Bekannt sind bereits
Vorrichtungen zum Herstellen von Formsteinen, bei denen die auf einem festen oder
transportablen Tisch lose gelagerten, zweiteiligen Formen durch Hebel, Spindel o.
dgl. festgespannt und durch eine am Tisch angebrachte Schiene in ihrer Lage zueinander
gesichert «-erden. Diese Einrichtungen haben den Nachteil, claß ein Festspannen
und Lisen der einzelnen Formen langwierig ist und auch die beweglichen Teile durch
das herabfallende Formgut verschmiert werden und so infolge der Nässe verrosten.
Die Erfindung besteht nun darin, daß sie es ermöglicht, eine größere Reihe von Formen
in einfachster Weise unter Verwendung nur eines Keiles in der Arbeitsstellung
auf dein Arbeitstische festzulegen und dann wieder zli lösen.Device for the production of shaped stones. Der Tisch a, welcher aus Zement, Beton oder Holz massiv oder hohl
ausgeführt sein kann, ist an den Längsseiten mit Eisenschienen 1a belegt. An der
einen Seite des Tisches ist ein U"inkeleisen c auf Stützen n befestigt, dessen senkrechter
Steg nach oben gerichtet ist und über die Tischplatte etwa 13 bis 20 111111 übersteht.
Desgleichen steht dieser Steg voll der Tischplatte etwas nach vorn ab. In der Mitte
des Tisches befindet sich eine Abfallöffnung d, rieben welcher sich beiderseits
je zwei Stifte e befinden, während all jedem Ende des Tisches ein Stift f angebracht
ist. Die Stampfform besteht aus zwei gleichen im Winkel gebogenen Flacheisen finit
einem langen Schenkel g und einem kürzeren Schenkel k mit einem winkligen Ansatz

Die Formteile liegen so aneinander, daß der Winkel i des einen Flacheisens
sich an den Schenkel g des andern Flacheisens anlegt. In dem Winkel i des einen
Flacheisens ist ein Schlitz k (Abl). .l) angebracht, welcher mit einem ebensolchen
Schlitz in dem Schenkel g des andern Flacheisens zusammenfällt. Diese Schlitze dienen

Die zweiteiligen Formen «-erden auf deni Tisch a mit einer Öffnung

stehenden Schenkel des Winkeleisens c fassen, wodurch ihre Lage zueinander gesichert
ist. Dann werden die Formen gegen das an den festen Anschlagstiften e befestigte
Brettchen L gedrückt und durch den Keil T11 in der Arbeitsstellung festgelegt. Danach
erfolgt das Füllen und Einschlagen der Masse. Nach dem Glätten der Formlinge wird
der Keil fit gelöst und eine Form nach der andern durch Anfassen an dem überstehenden
Schenkel mit dem Formling vom Tisch abgehoben, auf eine glatte Unterlage gesetzt
und dann vom Formling gelöst, ohne daß ein Beschädigen der Formlinge zli befürchten
