   Durch die Flächen der angegebenen Art kann offenbar die Bodenfläche des Gärbottichs, die sonst als alleinige Absatzfläche   für die   Hefe dient, um ein Vielfaches vermehrt werden. Auch auf den schrägen Platten setzt sich die Hefe in derselben Dicke ab wie auf dem   Boden. Besonder' :     Rühr- und Aufziehvorrichtungen,   um die Hefe zwischen diese   Absetzplatten   hereinzubringen, sind daher für gewöhnlich    n ; let erforderlich.   



   Die Platten können ringsum mit 1 bis   2 cm   hohen, nach oben gerichteten Leisten versehen sein, um das Mitreissen der Hefe bei dem Abziehen des Bieres zu verhüten. 



   PATENT. ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Einrichtung zur Verteilung der Hefe im Gärbottich in dünnen Schichten, im besonderen bei dem Verfahren nach dem Patente Nr. 75757, gekennzeichnet durch die Anordnung eines Plattengestelles mit solcher Winkelstellung der einzelnen Platten, dass auf ihrer Oberseite die sich absetzende Hefe nicht abrutscht und auf ihrer Unterseite die aufsteigenden Verunreinigungen sich nicht festsetzen.

   The areas of the specified type can obviously increase the bottom area of the fermentation tub, which otherwise serves as the sole sales area for the yeast, many times over. 1.
