Die bisher gebräuchlichen Ohrenverbände haben ausnahmslos den Übelstand, dass sich Randteile derselben vom Kopf abheben und die so gebildeten Spalten Luft ein. treten kann.
Um diesen erheblichen Übelstand zu beseitigen, ist der Ohrenverband gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung mit einem taschenförmig vertieften Teil versehen, an dessen Schmal. rändern Binden zur Befestigung des Verbandes am Kopf angebracht sind.
Der taschenförmig vertiefte Verbandtei ! besitzt an einer Seite eine Faltung, die beim Festziehen des Verbandes den diese Faltung tragenden Lappen oder Rand des Verbandes an die dem Obre benachbarten Kopfteile dicht anlegt und ein unbeabsichtigtes Abheben dieses Randes vollständig verhindert. Der Verband kann mit einer Einrichtung versehen sein, mittels der im Bedarfsfalle eine Einlage in den taschenförmigen Verbandteil ab- nehmbar befestigt werden kann.
Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines derartigen Ohrenverbandes in perspektivischer Darstellung. Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt durch den taschenförmigen Teil des Verbandes.
Der Ohrenverband besitzt gemäss vorliegender Erfindung einen in Form einer Tasche 1 ausgeführten Teil, an dessen Schmalrändern Binden 2 zur Befestigung des Verbandes am Kopf angesetzt sind. Die Binden 2 können auch aus einem einzigen durchgehenden Streifen hergestellt werden. Der die Verlängerung der einen Taschenwand bildende Lappen 3 besitzt eine Faltung 4, die durch Vernähen der beiden Faltenenden bei 5 und 6 haltbar gemacht ist.
Beim Anlegen der Binde nimmt die Tasche 1 die Ohrmuschel auf und der mit der Faltung 4 versehene Lappen 3 legt sich an die der Ohrmuschel benachbàrten. Tteile des Kopfes an. Beim Festziehen des Verbände wird durch diese praktisch über die ganze Länge der Tasche reichende Faltung elle dauernd dichtes Anliegen des Verbandes an den der Ohrmuschel benachbarten Stellen erzielt und ein Abheben von Randteilen, insbesondere des Lappens 3 vom Kopf bzw. cm Luftzutritt zum Ohr verhindert.
Die Tasche 1 kann mit einer bestimmten Zwecken dienenden Einlage, beispielsweise aus Billrotbbattist, Watte usw., verschen sein, welche Einlage an den Verband vorteilhaft abnehmbar befestigt ist. Im vorliegendem Falle sind beispielsweise Druckknopf vorschlussteile 7 an der Innenseite des Lappens angebracht.
