  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Scharnieren. 



   Die Erfindung hat ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von   Scharnietcn zum   Gegenstande, nach   welchem   der eine Scharnierlappen mit einem U-förmigen Schnitt in der Mitte und der andere mit zwei von den Rändern ausgebenden   L-förmigon   Einschnitten so vorsehen wird, dass die dadurch entstehenden Stege zu Scharnierösen geformt werden können, während die entstehenden Lnppon als Verstärkung für die Scharnierlappen dienen. 



   In der Zeichnung ist Fig. 1 eine schaubildliche Ansicht des Scharnieres gemäss des Verfahrens ; Fig. 2 ein Schnitt nach der Linie 2-2 der Fig 1 ; Fig. 3 ein Schnitt nach der   t.   inie 3-3 der   Fig. t.   Fig. 4 und 5 sind schematische Ansichten zweier gemäss des Verfahrens mit Einschnitten versehener Scharnierlappen.
