Verfahren zum Brennen von Gips.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, um gleichzeitig ungleich dichte Gips stücke verschiedener Herkunft durch Brennen regelmässig abbindefällig zu machen.
I. s sind viele Arten von Verfahren bekannt, um sowohl die Naturgipssteine als wie die aus ihnen erzeugten Gipsgüusse durch Brennen abbindefähig zu machen und dabei je nach Wahl des Rohmateriales und Durchführung des Brennprozesses gewisse für die feinere Verarbeitung wichtige Spezialeigenschaften des Brennproduktes zu erzielen.
Alle diese Vorfahren zur Erzeugung eines gleichmässigen gebrannten guten Stuckgipses bzw. zur Herstellung bestimmter guter festor Gipsgüsse verlangen ein regelmässiges, gleich dichtes, durchwegs gleich hohen Gehalt an chemisch gebundenem Wasser aufweisendes Gipsrohmaterial, was von grossem Nachteil ist, da man in der Fabrikation von Stückgips und insbesonders von dessen Spezialabarten auch dadurch an das Verarbeiten gewisser Sorten Rohmaterialien, somit auch an bestimmte Bezugsquellen, Fundorte, lieferbare Mengen usw, gebunden ist.
Vorliegende Erfindung behebt diese Mängel, indem sie es gestattet, alle ungleich dichten Gipssorten in einem Erhitzungsprozess gleichmässig zu entwässern, und zwar wurde gefunden, dass man die ungleich dichten Gipsstücke zur gleichmässigen Entwässerung in ein und demselben Erhitzungsvorgang auf ungleiche Grösse bringen muss, d. h. man muss die im Raumgewicht schwereren, dichteren und weniger chemisch gebundenes Wasser ent- haltenden Gipsstücku kleinor, die grösseren, in Raumgewicht leichteren und mehr chemisch
