Dampfkochapparat
Es sind Dampfkochapparate mit einem in gewissem Abstande von den Wandungen des Kochtopfes innerhalb desselben festgehaltenen Einsatztopfe bekannt.
Bei diesen bekannten Einrichtungen sind entweder Kochtopf und Einsatztopf durch einen gemeinschaftlichen Deckel verschlossen, oder aber, der Einsatztopf besitzt überhaupt keinen Deckel und wird durch den Decke ! des Kochtopfes nach aussen hin abgeschlossen. Eine dritte bekannte Ausführungsform von mit Einsatztopf versehenen Kochapparaten besteht darin, dass der Einsatztopf mit einem lose auf seinen Rand aufgesetzten Deckel abgeschlossen ist und in einem in der gleichen Weise verschlossenen äusseren Kochtopf liegt. welche Ausführungsform insbesondere dann nicht zweckmässig verwendet werden kann, wenn der Kochapparat (Aussen- topf und Einsatztopf) während des Kochens Erschütterungen ausgesetzt ist.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kochapparat, welcher ebenfalls einen in einem Aussentopf befindlichen Einsatztopf aufweist und der sich den bekannten Einrichtungen gegenüber dadurch unterscheidet, dass der. gesonderte Verschlussdeckel für den Einsatztopf durch Feststellvorrichtungen festgehalten wird, welche in gewissem Abstande von dem Decke ! des Aussentopfes an der Innenwand des letzteren lösbar angeordnet sind.
Dieser Kochapparat weist romit den Vorteil auf, dass der Einsatztopf unter allen Umständen während des Kochens auch bei Erschütterungen vollständig abgeschlossen gehalten wird und dass hiebei alle jene Vorteile erzielt werden, welche sich bei der Umfassung des Einsatztopfes mit dem vom Wasser und Dampf erfüllten Raum ergeben.

The subject matter of the invention relates to a cooking apparatus which also has an insert pot located in an outer pot and which differs from the known devices in that the. Separate sealing cover for the insert pot is held in place by locking devices, which are at a certain distance from the ceiling! of the outer pot are detachably arranged on the inner wall of the latter.
This cooking apparatus therefore has the advantage that the insert pot is kept completely closed under all circumstances during cooking, even in the event of vibrations, and that all those advantages are achieved here which result from enclosing the insert pot with the space filled by the water and steam.
