Process for the manufacture of anti-hypertensive agents.

It is known that albumoses can reduce blood pressure considerably. However, since the blood pressure lowering occurs rapidly, the use of albumoses for this purpose sometimes represents a considerable risk to the health of the patient.

The subject matter of the present invention is a process for the production of blood pressure-lowering agents which develop their effect on blood pressure in a less violent but more persistent manner. When displaying such a preparation, proceed as follows, for example:
2 mg of Bacterium coli, which a certain number of rabbit passages (usually three

the treatment of an animal with the same bacterium obtained serum adjusted to this bacterium, placed in the refrigerator for 12 hours, then freed from the serum by vigorous centrifugation and washed out repeatedly. This washed-on Bodon compound is then placed in 100% gelatin and, after mixing, cooled.

The preparation is then ready for use.

Instead of Bacterium coli, it is also possible to use other, easily endotoxin-releasing, otherwise saprophytic bacteria that are previously loaded with specific or normal anabolic receptors. In addition to the bacterium coli, the representatives of the entire coli typhus group, hemorrhagic septicemia and the acid-fast ones come into consideration.
