EMI1.1

EMI1.1
The subject of the present invention is an artificial stone, in particular for grinding, grinding and polishing purposes, which consists of bonded fragments of porcelain, earthenware or the like, comminuted to certain grain sizes. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a consistently similar material through the nature of the stone, so that even with the gradual wear and tear that occurs in the factory, the work surface always has the same texture.
As a result of this nature, stones of this type can best be used as millstones, milling rollers, grinding and polishing stones, and also as wood. Use whetstones and for milling purposes for peeling and polishing grain. because reworking of the worn work surfaces in the company is superfluous due to the consistently similar texture of the stone. In the same way, stones of this type can also be used for insulating purposes as well as for filtering purposes.
Stones according to the present invention are produced in that waste products that are worthless per se, namely shards of porcelain, stoneware or the like. Are mixed with a small addition of any binding agent and are set in a known manner by sintering or by cold means. The shards are brought to certain grain sizes before they are mixed with the binder and, depending on whether the stone is more or less porous, more or less binder is used.
Stf'ine which according to the present invention are caused to set by fire,
EMI1.2
Brande increase in hardness.
