Eisenbatonaufsatz für Holzpfähle.
Den Gegenstand des Stammpatentes Nr. 61723 bildet eine auf einem Holzpfahl aufgesetzte Eisenbetonpilote, deren Wesen darin besteht, dass der Holzpfahl an seinem oberen Ende mit einem den Beton aufnehmenden Rohraufsatz unlösbar verbunden ist. Gemäss der weiteren Ausbildung nach dem Zusatzpatente Nr. 68554 ist der den Pfahlkopf aufnehmende reil des Rohraufsatzes kegelstumpfförmig nach unten verjüngt und durch Eintreiben eines Kegelförmigen Körpers in den Pfahlkopf mit diesem verbunden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat eine weitere Ausgestaltung der unlösbaren Verbindung des Holzpfahles mit dem Rohraufsatz zum Gegenstande, durch welche die Ausführung erleichtert und vereinfacht wird, indem der den Pfahlkopf aufnehmende Teil des Rohraufsatzeä zylindrisch ausgestaltet wird. Es hat sich nämlich gezeigt, dass auch bei zylindrischer Form des Rohraufsatzes der durch Eintreiben des keilförmigen Körpers hervorgerufene Druck des Holzes gegen die Innenwandung des Rohraufsatzes zur Erzielung der festen Verbindung hinreicht.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der neuen Verbindung ist in Fig. 1 der Zeichnung im lotrechten Mittelschnitt und in Fig. 2 im Schnitt nach der Linie A-A der Fig. 1 veranschaulich.
Auf den zylindrisch abgesetzten Kopf des Holzpfahles a wird der auf seiner ganzen Länge zylindrisch ausgestaltete Rohraufsatz b aufgeschoben ; alsdann wird der keilförmige Körper c in den Pfahlkopf eingetrieben. Um den Rohraufsatz b herumgelegt Ringe d verhindern ein Reissen dieses Rohres unter dem Drucke des sich ausdehnenden Pfahlkopfes.

The subject of the present invention is a further embodiment of the permanent connection of the wooden post with the pipe attachment, by means of which the execution is facilitated and simplified in that the part of the pipe attachment receiving the pole head is cylindrical. It has been shown that even with a cylindrical shape of the pipe attachment, the pressure of the wood caused by driving the wedge-shaped body against the inner wall of the pipe attachment is sufficient to achieve the firm connection.
An exemplary embodiment of the new connection is illustrated in FIG. 1 of the drawing in the vertical center section and in FIG. 2 in the section along the line A-A of FIG.
The tubular attachment b, which is cylindrical over its entire length, is pushed onto the cylindrically offset head of the wooden post a; then the wedge-shaped body c is driven into the pile head. Rings d placed around the pipe attachment b prevent this pipe from tearing under the pressure of the expanding pile head.
