Decken-Entripp-und-Aufsetzmaschine.
Die Erfindung betrifft Anordnungen bei Decken-Entripp-und-Aifsetzmaschinen, das heisst Maschinen zum Fortschneiden der Mittehippe der Tabakblätter sowie zum Glätten und Übereinanderstapeln der letzteren, durch welche das Festhalten der Tabakblätter an den Transportwalzen verhindert wird.
Die Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar veranschaulicht Fig. 1 schaubildlich einen Längsschnitt der Maschine und Fig. 2 die Maschine in Draufsicht.
Vorne an der Maschine ist eine schräggestellte Tischplatte 10 angebracht, auf der die Tabakblätter, ehe sie in die Maschine hineingeführt werden, aufgebracht und geglättet werden.
11 und 12 sind zwei mit Kautschuk überzogene Presswalzen, welche das Blatt glätten. Anstatt die Riemen in den tiefen Eindrehungen laufen zu lassen, kann man auch die Walzen 17 und 18 zwischen den Riemen mit vorspringenden Teilen, z. B. umgelegten Ringen oder dgl., versehen. In den Walzen 11, 12 und 16 liegen die Riemen nur in Eindrehungen, deren Tiefe gleich der Dicke der Riemen ist.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Decken-Entripp-und-Aufsetzmaschine, bei der die Tabakblätter nach dem Passieren der Glatt-und Schneidevorrichtung von Riemen oder dgl. zwischen zwei Abnehmerwalzen durchgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Abnehmerwalzen (17 und 18) sowie die hinter diesen liegenden Riemscbeiben (20) derartig gebildet sind, dass die Riemen in tiefe Rillen herabsinken oder auf beiden Seiten von vorspringenden Teilen der Walzen oder Riemscheiben begrenzt werden, so dass das Tabakblatt zum Loslassen der Riemen gezwungen wird, well11 es an diesen festkleben sollte.
