Device to separate and pull away individual sheets of rhomblscher
Basic shape of a pile of leaves.
The invention relates to a device for removing individual sheets of rhombic basic shape from the underside of a stack of sheets for packaging machines, in which such sheets are processed as a second wrapping or as a label, and other machines. With these devices, it often happens that instead of just one sheet, two or more sheets are pulled away from the stack because the sheets are not pulled away from the stack due to their great frictional proximity (they are usually pulled away from under the stack in their longitudinal direction) and under the weight of the stack are easy to separate from each other. The process is even more difficult when the leaves are embossed; because then the individual sheets adhere to one another all the more firmly because they interlock with the embossed areas.
In order to enable only a single sheet to be pulled from the stack, according to the invention, a plate is provided which can be moved back and forth in the direction of the longer axis of the sheets and has an opening for the sheets to pass through. has, through which a movably arranged driver passes under the plate when the plate moves forward and moves the bottom sheet with the front tip back so far that it can step down with the same through the opening in the plate, whereupon the plate moves backwards part of the bottom sheet separates from the stack and, with the next forward movement, takes it with it by friction and brings it with the sagging end into the area of conveying elements which pull the sheet away from the stack completely.
On the drawing h-t an example embodiment of the device is shown, namely shows:
Fig. 1 is a vertical longitudinal section through the device,
FIG. 2 shows a floor plan for FIG. 1,
3 shows an end view with respect to FIG. 1 seen from the left and
Fig. 4 is a section along the line A-A of Fig. 1,
Fig. 5 to 7 show components of the device on a larger scale,
8 and 9 parts of the device in various successive working positions.
The device shown has a frame that consists of two vertical, top by one
Plate 1 rigidly interconnected side plateu:! On the plate 1, the container 3 for the leaves 4 of a rhombic basic shape (pointed labels) is attached, which are stacked in a stack. This container 3 is designed in its basic shape corresponding to that of the leaves 4 rhombic and open at the top and on its front side (Fig. 1 to 3, 8 and 9). The plate 1 has an opening 5 below the container 3, the shape of which corresponds to the basic shape of the leaves 4 except for a part 1 ′ of the plate protruding into the container.

Driving member 18 by means of the rack 12 in engagement with the gear 15 one rotation in the direction of the arrow shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
The thumb 18 moves through the part 10 of the opening in the plate 6 as soon as this opening is above the shaft 16 and acts on the bottom sheet of the stack in such a way that this sheet is moved back with the front tip (Fig. 8 ), until the sheet moves steadily downwards through the part 11 of the plate opening with the formation of a bulge, and finally exits the opening with its front end downwards (Fig. 9).
While the plate 6 moves back again, its front part penetrates more and more between the bottom sheet and the stack and separates the bottom sheet from the stack, with the front, downwardly hanging end of the severed sheet comes to rest on the guide 23 (Fig. 9).
The front end of the stack, which now no longer rests on the plate 6, is now supported by the upwardly swung finger 20 of the holder 19 remaining in the position of FIG. 9 until the next forward movement of the plate 6,
Now the plate 6 moves forward again to a new working stroke and takes the bottom sheet. That is separated from the stack up to its rearmost tip, by friction with the front, with the front end of the sheet on the guide 23 sliding through this is passed between the two rollers 24 and 25 by which the sheet is then pulled forward or completely pulled away from under the stack. At the same time, however, the severing of the next following bottom sheet begins in the manner described above.
In this way, one sheet at a time is pulled away from the bottom of the stack.
