  Verfahren zur Befestigung von Unterlagscheiben auf Kopfschrauben mit   gerolltem Gewinde.   



   Das vorliegende Verfahren ergibt eine sehr einfache Art, die Unterlagscheibe bei Kopfschrauben, deren Gewinde durch Rollen hergestellt wird, unverlierbar aber drehbar zu befestigen. Beim Rollen des Gewindes tritt bekanntlich durch den Druck der Werkzeuge infolge Heraus-   drückens   eines Teiles der Gewindegänge eine   Durchmesservergrösserung   des Bolzens ein. Wird deshalb die Unterlagscheibe   a   vor dem Rollen des Gewindes auf den Schraubenbolzen b gesteckt (siehe Fig. 1 der Zeichnung) und wird dann das Gewinde gerollt, so wird der Gewindedurchmesser des Bolzens grösser als das Loch der Unterlegscheibe, wie dies Fig. 2 zeigt, und die Unterlagscheibe kann nicht mehr vom Bolzen herabgleiten, bleibt aber bei entsprechender Einstellung der Werkzeuge drehbar.
