Vorrichtung zum schnellen Formen von Hüten.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung und Verbesserung der Vorrichtung zur Ausführung des Verfahrens zum schnellen Formen von Hüten nach dem Stammpatente.
Anstatt für die verschiedenen Hutformen ebenso viele besondere gelochte Metallformen zu verwenden, können gemäss der Erfindung ein-oder mehrteilige Formen aus beliebigem Material verwendet werden, wie solche gegenwärtig im Hände ! erhältlich sind. Hiedurch wird eine grosse Ersparnis erzielt.
Die abgeänderte Vorrichtung ist in zwei Ausführungsformen in Fig. 1 und 2 im senkrechten Schnitt veranschaulicht, Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen die Vorrichtung für den Fall, wo der Hut aus zwei Teilen angefertigt wird.
Die Vorrichtung besteht, wie aus Fig. 1 zu ersehen ist, aus einen Kasten BI mit zwei Rohrstutzen, wie im Stammpatente, von denen einer D'zum Einleiten von Dampf und der andere Cl zur Entlüftung dient. Auf den oberen ebenen gelochten Boden G, sitzt die Hutform, die beispielsweise aus zwei Teilen bestehen kann, In diesem Falle setzt man den Hut auf die Form bevor man den zweiten Formteil A2 an seine Stelle bringt.
Die dichte biegsame Membran F1 kann am Deckel des Kastens oder am oberen Rand einer zylindrischen Wand LU oberhalb des Kastens befestigt sein, welche Wand mit dem Kasten starr verbunden ist.
