Vorliegende Erfindung hat eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Zuckerpresse nach dem Stammpatente zum Gegenstande, welche eine leichte und rasche Entfernung der Zuckerbrote und Aus- wechslung der Metalleinlagen ermöglicht und hiebei gleichzeitig die Maschine insofern vereinfacht, als die Vorderseite der unteren Formhälfte nicht mehr mit einem Verschluss versehen ist, welcher die Freilegung der Stirnseite gestattet, vielmehr die ganze untere Formhälfte starr verbundene bzw. aus einem Stück bestehende Wände besitzt.
