Das Kennzeichen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass in die über den Hals gestülpte, nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses mit Ansatz versehene Kappe eine Feder neben dem Ansatz eingeklemmt ist, so dass Feder und Kappe gleichzeitig auf die Flasche aufgebracht werden können.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung, und zwar : Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer Flasche, wobei die Kappe im Schnitt gezeigt ist ; Fig. 2 und 3 sind wagerechte Schnitte durch den Verschluss, und zwar nach den Linien a-a und b-b der Fig. 1.
Die Flasche 1 besitzt den Hals 2, der vermittelst des Korkes 3 verschlossen wird.
Im Hals befindet sich eine Längsnut 4, an deren unteres Ende sich eine in der Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Nut 5 ansetzt, welche nur eine bestimmte Strecke um den Hals verläuft.
Die Kappe 6, aus leicht zerbrechlichem Material, passt über den Hals 2 und trägt an ihrem unteren Ende einen nach innen ragenden Ansatz 7, welcher beim Aufstülpen der Kappe in der Längsnut 4 nach abwärts gleitet und sich nach dem erfolgten Aufstulpen bei Verdrehung des Verschlussgliedes in der Nut 5 verschiebt, bis er gegen die Endwand der Nut anstösst. Seitlich von diesem Ansatz befindet sich in der Kappe ein Schlitz 8, in welchem das abgebogene Ende 9 der Blattfeder 10 befestigt ist. Beim Aufsetzen der Kappe 6 wird diese Feder soweit zurückgedrängt, dass die Kappe nach abwärts gleiten kann.
Wird die Kappe 6 dann verdreht, so springt die Feder in die Umfangsnut 5 ein und verhindert durch ihren Eingriff auf die dem Ansatz 7 gegenüberliegende Endwand der Nut 5, dass die Kappe wieder zurückgedreht werden kann.
Ehe also der Kork 3 entfernt werden kann, muss die Kappe 6 zerbrochen werden und auf diese Weise wird verhindert, dass die Flasche unberechtigterweise wieder aufgefüllt werden kann, ohne dass es sofort sichtbar würde.

The bottle 1 has the neck 2, which is closed by means of the cork 3.
In the neck there is a longitudinal groove 4, at the lower end of which is attached a circumferential groove 5 which runs only a certain distance around the neck.
The cap 6, made of easily breakable material, fits over the neck 2 and has an inwardly protruding extension 7 at its lower end, which slides downward in the longitudinal groove 4 when the cap is turned up and which, after the cuff has been turned up, turns in the groove 5 moves until it abuts against the end wall of the groove. To the side of this approach there is a slot 8 in the cap, in which the bent end 9 of the leaf spring 10 is fastened.
