   Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungseinrichtung von Eisen. bahnschienen an Schienenstühlen und das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Krampe, welche einerseits den Schienenfuss und andererseits eine diesem angepasste Zunge des   Schienen stuhles um greift,   mit einem seitlichen Fortsatz den Befestigungskeil überdeckt. 



   In der Zeichnung ist schaubildlich eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildenden Einrichtung zum Ausdruck gebracht. 



   Die Krampe 8a hat ausser den U-förmigen Schenkeln noch einen oberen seitlichen Fortsatz, der eine Überdachung für den Befestigungskeil bildet ; diese umgreift mit ihren rechtsseitigen Schenkeln den einen Schienenfuss. Ausserdem ist ein oberer nach links ge. richteter Fortsatz der Krampe vorhanden, der den Keil 9a überdacht und nach oben begrenzt. Statt eines Keiles können natürlich auch mehrere dieser Keile verwendet werden, in diesem Falle werden sie sämtlich von dem seitlichen Fortsatz der    U-Krampe überdeckt.   



   Durch die neuartige Form der Krampe wird die Sicherheit wesentlich erhöht, denn die Keile können sich nach oben nicht verschieben und daher auch nicht so leicht entfernt werden. 



   Die vorliegende Befestigungsvorrichtung ist nicht nur für Betonschwellen, sondern auch allgemein für alle Schwellenarten anwendbar.
