5 /o Alaun, 5 /o Borax, 0'5 ,'o Ultramarinblau, 2 / Tonerde, 1% Riecllstoff.

Process for producing a cleaning agent for wallpaper, ceilings and walls, tapestries, etc.
It is known to use the crumb of fresh bread for cleaning wallpaper, walls, tapestries, etc. by clenching the same and rubbing the surfaces as with an eraser. However, this method, which is widely used today, is very uneconomical, since only a small part of the bread clumps, but the crust and the part adhering to it are rendered worthless. If only small areas are cleaned, the worthless remainder is usually even larger. The existing substitutes often do not achieve the cleaning effect of the bread and, because they are less loose, are not as economical to use as this one or they have the disadvantage that they can only be stored in soldered tin cans, but spoil quickly after opening .
A cheap, indefinitely durable cleaning agent for wallpaper, walls, tapestries, etc. can now be produced according to the invention by using flour, advantageously white flour. mixed with water with the addition of a disinfectant and mixed with yeast or the like, processed into a thick and large cake, baked on it and pulverized after thorough drying of the carcasses. A little blue stain (ultramarine blue) is advantageously added to the powder. This powder only needs to be kneaded with a little water to make fist-sized balls and can then be used like balled bread.
A powder made by rubbing ordinary bread is useless.
EMI1.1
who lets it bunch up, as is necessary for the present purpose, but rather breaks apart like sand after adding water during kneading. Bread dough, however, is unsuitable due to the addition of fat and milk, as this severely affects the cleaning effect and causes grease stains on very sensitive surfaces. Required
EMI1.2
even without the other additives common to bread.
With this in mind, the process is such. B. as follows: 20% water, 65% white flour, 1 # 5% yeast are processed into a dough, formed into a thick and large cake, then 3ebackfJD and finely pulverized after thorough drying. This powder is then added:
5 / o alum, 5 / o borax, 0'5, 'o ultramarine blue, 2 / clay, 1% wax.
Of course, it is also advantageous to use leftovers from white yeast pastries, which have been prepared without milk or fat, in such a way that they are pulverized in the dry state and then provided with preserving additives.
