Die zum Ausgleich der Breite mit Bezug auf die konstant gleichbleibende Wandhohe der Töpfe a dienenden, gesondert eingesetzten Winkelring c (Fig. 3) werden in ihrem zylindrischen Teil bei breiten Laufrädern schmal und bei schmalen Laufräder entsprechend breit gehalten, was wieder durch Giessen verschiedener Gtössennummern oder durch Abdrehen der in einer einzigen Grössennummer (mit grösster erforderlicher Breite des zylindrischen Teiles) hergestellten Winkelring geschehen kann.
In gleicher Weise sind auch die Laufräder d und deren Ergänzungsringe g in verschiedenen Grössen bzw. Breiten vorhanden. Dies bietet den Vorteil, dass die aus den Vorräten herausgesuchten, den jeweils geforderten Liefermengen entsprechenden Elemente der Leitapparat einfach über die Pumpenwelle aufgeschoben, die zugehörigen Laufräder mit ihren Naben auf diese Welle gekeilt und die Töpfe zu einem die Laufräder und die übrigen Leitapparatelemente un schliessenden zylindrischen Mantel vereinigt werden können.
Die Leitkanalrippen im Anfangsteil des Leitapparates, die eigentlich Spiralen sind. lassen sich für die praktische Verwendung genügend genau'nach Kreisbögen herstellen, können daher auf Rundfräsmaschinen ebenfalls rasch und billig bearbeitet werden.
