Die Umkleidung G schliesst zweckmässig auch den Kommandoturm ein und dient dabei gleichzeitig mit ihrer flachen Decke als Seliiffsbrücke. Der Innenraum der Umkleidung G ist nach der See zu offen, so dass er sich selbsttätig füllt und entleert. Unmittelbar hinter dem Kommandoturm G ist in die Umkleidung ein Einsteigschacht//eingebaut, der von der Hauptluke zur Brücke führt. Der Schacht H kann oben durch einen Deckel m geschlossen werden, während die Luke mit einem Deckel n versehen ist, der eine Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln in geschlossener Stellung besitzt. Die Anordnung der Umkleidung und des Einsteigschachtes bildet nicht den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Auf der Brücke ist ein Ständer 0 aufgestellt, der eine elektrische Steuervorrichtung und zweckmässig auch einen Maschinentelegraphen trägt, so dass das Schiff von der Brücke aus dirigiert werden kann.
