Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ausführungsform eines Plattentrieurs nach Patent Nr. 51320, bei welcher zum Umklappen des Trienrbleches ein kugelförmiges Gewicht dient, welches mit Hilfe eines Löffel, der an einem von der Antriebsvorrichtung der Maschine betätigten Sperrad sitzt, gehoben wird und aus seiner höchsten Stellung in einen mit dem Trieurblech verbundenen zweiten Löffel fällt, wodurch das Trieurblech zum Umkippen gebracht wird.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht den Erfindungsgegenstand in Fig. 1 im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 2 in Rückansicht.
Das Trieurblech a ist im Schüttelrahmen b um eine Achse c drehbar gelagert, wobei die Drehachse bezüglich der Mitte des Trieurbleches unsymmetrisch gelagert ist, so dass dieses jederzeit das Bestreben hat, die in Fig. 1 voUgezeichnete Lage einzehmen.
Zum Umkippen des Trieurbleches dient ein kugelförmiges Gewicht d, das sich am Boden eines Käfigs e befindet. Um das Gewicht d heben zu können, ist an einem durch exzentrisch gelagerte Klinken f in bekannter Weise betätigbaren Schaltrad g ein Löffel h angeordnet, der den Zweck hat, bei der Bewegung des Rades das kugelförmige Gewicht d zu heben. Mit dem Trieurblech a steht durch einen Hebel i ein Löffel k in starrer Verbindung. Wenn das kugelförmige Gewicht d durch den Löffel h in die Höchstlage gebracht wird, so fällt es aus diesem heraus in den Löffel k, wodurch das Trieurblech, so wie dies die strichpunktierte Mittelstellung zeigt, umgeklappt wird, damit die abzuscheidenden Körner aus den Vertiefungen des Trieurbleches herausfallen.
Hiebei fällt auch das Gewicht d wieder heraus und das'l'rieurblech kehrt infolge seines Eigengewichtes in seine Normallage zurück.

A spoon k is rigidly connected to the door plate a by a lever i. When the spherical weight d is brought to the highest position by the spoon h, it falls out of this into the spoon k, whereby the trier plate, as shown by the dash-dotted middle position, is folded over so that the grains to be separated out of the depressions of the trieur plate fall out.
In doing so, the weight d also falls out again and the gasket sheet returns to its normal position due to its own weight.
