Die Verbindung der Vertikalhölzer 2 untereinander sowie mit den senkrechten Rahmenhölzern 5. 1 erfolgt über konisch gefräste, längsseitige Nuten 6 und in diese eingesetzte Fremdfedern 3. 



  Die Verbindung der Vertikalhölzer 2 an ihren Stirnseiten mit den waagrechten Friesen 5. 2 erfolgt über rechteckig gefräste, stirnseitige Nuten 4 und ausgefrästen Eigenfedern an den Friesen 5. 2. Diese Konstruktion des massiven Kerns erlaubt ein Quellen und Schwinden jedes einzelnen vertikalen Holzes 2 im umschliessenden Rahmen. 



  An der Aussenseite dieses massiven Kerns wird eine Dampfbremse 7 vollflächig aufgebracht und mit einer Rauhschalung 8, die in verschiedenen Stärken erhältlich ist, abgedeckt. Diese Rauhschalung 8 übernimmt dabei eine aussteifende Wirkung. 



  An der Innenseite des massiven Kerns wird ebenfalls eine Rauhschalung 9, die in verschiedenen Stärken erhältlich ist, aufgebracht. 



  Die so vorgefertigte Wandscheibe wird mit entsprechenden Dämmmaterialien aus Holz- oder Naturfaserdämmstoffen 10 beplankt. Die so vorgefertigte Konstruktion wird am Errichtungsort auf eine mit einer oben befindlichen Eigenfeder ausgebildeten Bodenschwelle 11, in welche Feder eine unten befindliche Nut am Unterfries   5. 2   eingreift, gestellt. 



  In diesem System übernimmt der massive Kern 1 die statischen Anforderungen, die Dampfbremse 7 in Verbindung mit dem Kern die bauphysikalischen Erfordernisse, die Dämmschicht an der Aussenseite 10 bringt die geforderten Wärmedämmeigenschaften und die innen aufgebrachte Installationsebene 13 erlaubt ein ungehindertes installieren der erforderlichen Haustechnik. 



  Die Längsverbindung der Wandscheiben wird durch geeignete Verbindungsmittel aus Metall ermöglicht. 



  Die Verbindung der einzelnen Holzteile erfolgt mittels mechanischer Befestigung 14 und ist frei von Klebstoffen.   Die Dampfbremse 7 besteht aus faserverstärktem ökologischem Material, welches mit Klebestreifen oder vollflächig mit dem Grundrahmen verbunden wird.   



  Die geschossweise Luftdichtheit der vorgefertigten Wandscheiben wird mittels einlegen von doppelten Dichtbändern 15 am Ober- und Unterfries   5. 2   erreicht.
