Abstract

Bei einem Behälter für Verkaufsartikel, insbesondere für Lebensmittel in Portionspackungen, wobei der Behälter die Form eines Quaders oder Würfels hat und öffenbare Wandabschnitte zur Entnahme der Verkaufsartikel aufweist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass eine erste Wand (1) eine herausklappbare Entnahmelasche (2) und bevorzugt eine zweite Wand (3) einen vom Behälter (4) abnehmbaren Wandabschnitt (5) zur Bildung einer Entnahmeöffnung (6) aufweist.In the case of a container for sales items, in particular for food in portion packs, the container having the shape of a cuboid or cube and having openable wall sections for removing the sales items, it is proposed that a first wall (1) has a fold-out removal tab (2) and preferably one second wall (3) has a wall section (5) which can be removed from the container (4) to form a removal opening (6).

  Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter für Verkaufsartikel insbesondere für Lebensmittel in Portionspackungen, wobei der Behälter die Form eines Quaders oder Würfel hat und offenbare Wandabschnitte zur Entnahme der Verkaufsartikel aufweist. 



  Derartige Behälter werden bevorzugt aus Karton hergestellt. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Behälter so auszubilden, dass er in geschlossenem Zustand eine stabile Transportverpackung bildet. Am Verkaufsort soll der Behälter einfach zu einer Entnahmevorrichtung für die im Behälter gelieferten Waren umgestaltet werden. Weiters soll es auch möglich sein, den Behälter als   Füllbehälter   für eine stabile Display-Anordnung verwenden zu können. 



  Die im Behälter enthaltenen Waren sind bevorzugt Portionspackungen von Lebensmitteln wie zB. aus Folien gebildete Portionspackungen von Ketchup, Mayonnaise und Saucen. 



  Der erfindungsgemässe Behälter ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Wand eine herausklappbare Entnahmelasche und bevorzugt eine zweite Wand einen vom Behälter abnehmbaren Wandabschnitt zur Bildung einer Entnahmeöffnung aufweist. 



  Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale sind den Ansprüchen, der Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen zu entnehmen. 



  Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Display Anordnung in die zwei Behälter   gemäss   vorliegender Erfindung eingeschoben werden können. Die Fig. 2 zeigt die Aufsicht auf den Behälter und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 2, wobei eine   Entnahmeöffnung   geöffnet ist. Fig. 4 zeigt den Schnitt gemäss Fig. 3 in einer anderen Funktionstellung. Fig. 5 zeigt die Ansicht auf die Stirnseite des Behälters.

  Der erfindungsgemässe Behälter kann in zwei Funktionsstellungen verwendet werden. Entweder ist er selbst die Display-Vorrichtung und weist für die Entnahme der Ware eine entsprechende Entnahmeöffnung auf, oder er wird in Kombination mit einer anderen DisplayEinrichtung verwendet, wobei der Behälter als Magazin dient und die Waren aus der Display-Anordnung entnommen werden. 



  Fig. 1 zeigt übereinander gestapelt zwei Display Anordnungen, die zB. auf einem Verkauf spult angeordnet werden können. Jedes Display 13 entspricht im wesentlichen einem schräg gestellten Rohr mit viereckigem Querschnitt. Beladen wird jedes Display über die hintere Ladeöffnung 14, wobei der Behälter in diese Ladeöffnung eingeschoben wird, bis die vorher geöffnete Entnahmeöffnung 6 des Behälters zu einer Entnahmetasse 15 kommt, aus der die Waren 19 entnehmbar sind. Durch die Schrägstellung des Displays rutscht die benötigte Warenmenge nach unten und   vorne, sodass   die Entnahmetasse 15 immer ausreichend beschickt ist. 



  Die Stützfüsse 16 des Displays sind so ausgestaltet, dass ein stabiles Übereinanderstapeln der Displays möglich ist. Mit 21 sind Sichtfenster des Displays bezeichnet, durch die der Behälter sichtbar ist. 



  Die Fig. 2 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf den erfindungsgemässen Behälter. Der Behälter ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel quaderförmig und weist eben eine rechteckige erste Wand 1 und rechtwinkelig dazu eine zweite Wand 3 auf. Die erste Wand 1 verfügt über eine Entnahmelasche 2, die bis zur Behälterkante 7 reicht und um diese Behälterkante 7 schwenkbar ist. Gemäss den Fig. 2 und 3 besitzt die Entnahmelasche 2 beidseitig Wandlaschen 8, die im Behälter innen liegen und einen Winkelanschlag 17 aufweist, der das Herausklappen der Entnahmelasche 2 begrenzt, siehe dazu auch die Fig. 4. Die Wandlaschen 8 verhindern auch ein seitliches Herausfallen der Waren. 



  Im geschlossenen Zustand gemäss Fig. 2 liegt die Entnahmelasche 2 etwa in Ebene der ersten Wand 1. Ein überstehender Rand 18 liegt auf der ersten Wand 1 auf und wird von oben durch die Haltelasche 9 gehalten,

 die über perforierte Linien mit der ersten Wand 1 verbunden ist. Zum Zweck der Öffnung der Entnahmelasche wird die Haltelasche 9 geöffnet oder entfernt. 



  Nach Öffnen der Entnahmelasche wird der Behälter in dieser einen Funktionsart auf die zweite Wand 3 gestellt (siehe   Fig. 4), sodass   die im Behälter befindlichen Warenstücke in die Entnahmelasche 2 teilweise hineinrutschen und dort leicht entnommen werden können, wie dies durch den Pfeil 19 angedeutet ist. 



  In der Ansicht gemäss Fig. 5 ist erkennbar, dass die zweite Wand 3 als Stirnseite des quaderförmigen Behälters im unteren Bereich einen abnehmbaren Wandabschnitt 5 aufweist. Dieser ist durch die Perforation 10 herausreissbar, wobei das Eingriffsloch 12 das Herausreissen erleichtert. Nach dem Herausnehmen des abnehmbaren Wandabschnitts verbleibt die Entnahmeöffnung 6, die in den Display gemäss Fig. 1 anschliessend zur Entnahmetasse 15 zu liegen   kommt.   Zufolge der Schrägstellung des Behälters rutscht die Ware durch die Entnahmeöffnung 6 in die Entnahmetasse 15 und kann dort leicht entnommen werden.

  The container according to the invention is characterized in that a first wall has a removable flap and preferably a second wall has a wall section that can be removed from the container to form a removal opening.

  The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. 1 shows a display arrangement into which two containers according to the present invention can be inserted.   The container according to the invention can be used in two functional positions. Either it is the display device itself and has a corresponding removal opening for the removal of the goods, or it is used in combination with another display device, the container serving as a magazine and the goods being removed from the display arrangement.



  Fig. 1 shows two display arrangements stacked one above the other, for example. can be arranged on a sales spool. Each display 13 corresponds essentially to an obliquely placed tube with a square cross section. Each display is loaded via the rear loading opening 14, the container being pushed into this loading opening until the previously opened removal opening 6 of the container comes to a removal cup 15 from which the goods 19 can be removed. Due to the inclined position of the display, the required quantity of goods slides downwards and forwards, so that the removal cup 15 is always adequately loaded.



  The support feet 16 of the display are designed in such a way that the displays can be stacked on top of one another in a stable manner. With 21 viewing windows of the display are designated, through which the container is visible.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the container is cuboid and has a rectangular first wall 1 and a second wall 3 at right angles to it. The first wall 1 has a removal tab 2 which extends up to the container edge 7 and can be pivoted about this container edge 7. According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the removal tab 2 has wall straps 8 on both sides, which are inside the container and has an angle stop 17 which limits the folding out of the removal tab 2, see also FIG. 4. The wall straps 8 also prevent it from falling out to the side of the goods.



  In the closed state according to FIG. 2, the removal tab 2 lies approximately in the plane of the first wall 1. A projecting edge 18 lies on the first wall 1 and is held from above by the retaining tab 9

CLAIMS 1. Container for sales items, in particular for food in portion packs, the container having the shape of a cuboid or cube and having openable wall sections for removing the sales items, characterized in that a first wall (1) prefers a fold-out removal tab (2) a second wall (3) has a wall section (5) which can be removed from the container (4) to form a removal opening (6).

2. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the removal tab (2) is articulated on a container edge (7) and has wall tabs (8) limiting the opening angle on both sides by means of an angular deflection.

3. A container according to claim 2, characterized in that the removal tab (2) is held in the closed state by a retaining tab (9) of the first wall (1) and is released for folding out by removing the retaining tab (9).

4. Container according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the removable wall section (5) in the second wall (3) is delimited by a circumferential perforation (10) and the remaining section (11) of the second wall (3) Has engagement hole (12).
