Dadurch hört der Druck der Gase auf den Pfropfen auf, so dass derselbe mit verhältnismässig sehr geringer Energie das Rohr schliesslich verlässt oder am Ende des an die Öffnungen 10 anschliessenden weiteren Rohrteiles beispielsweise durch einfaches Abschliessen des Rohres aufgefangen werden kann.
Anstatt durch Verjüngung des Rohres 2 und Einsetzung eines Pfropfens 9 den Widerstand im Rohre 2 zu bilden, kann derselbe beispielsweise auch dadurch gebildet sein, dass die Mündung des Rohres 2 durch ein Plättchen mit entsprechender Zerreissfestigkeit verschlossen wird. Die Vorrichtung kann selbstverständlich auch zur Abfeuerung von Signalraketen, Geschossen oder dgl. in gleicher Weise angewendet werden, wobei nur jedesmal der Widerstand im Rohre 2 entsprechend dem Bewegungswiderstand des abzufeuernden Körpers zu wählen ist.
