Schlauchumfaltvorrichtung.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Umfalten von Schläuchen (Spritzen- scbhiuchen) mit zwei sich rechtwinkelig kreuzenden Walzenpaaren, zwischen welchen der Schlauch hindurchgezogen wird. Die Erfindung, welche die Schaffung einer einfachen und leicht handlichen Vorrichtung bezweckt, besteht darin, dass das stehende Walzenpaar an dom Mittelteil und das liegende Walzenpaar an den als Handhaben ausgebildeten Seitenteilen eines oben offenen Bügels gelagert sind, wobei der Mittelteil, zwecks Erzielung der erforderlichen Entfernung zwischen beiden Walzenpaaren, zweckmässig gekröpft ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes in den Fig. l, 2 und 3 in Vorderansicht, Draufsicht und Seitenansicht dargestellt.
Die Vorrichtung besteht in der Hauptsache aus einem oben offenen Bügel a, dessen Seitenteile als Handhaben b ausgebildet sind. In Lappen c der Seitenteile sind die Achsen des liegenden Walzenpaares d, dl gelagert. Die Achse der oberen Walze d ist um den Scharnierbolzen e aufklappbar und in der Arbeitsstellung durch eine an der Flachfeder f sitzende Nase g gesichert. Die Feder f ist über die Achse der unteren Walze d gesteckt und mittels der Mutter h befestigt. Die Achsen des stehenden Walzenpaares i, il sind in dem gekröpften Mittelteil j des Bügels a mittels des Stiftes k befestigt, auf welchem zur Unterstützung der unteren Schlauchkante eine Rolle l drehbar ist.
Zum Gebrauche der Vorrichtung wird der Schlauch bei aufgeklappter Walze d mit seiner Unterkanto auf der Walze dl aufliegend so zwischen die Walzen i, il eingeführt, dass der Kupplungsteil des Schlauches sich unmittelbar hinter dem liegenden Walzenpaar d. d1 befindet. The present invention relates to a device for folding over hoses (syringe sleeves) with two pairs of rollers which cross at right angles and between which the hose is pulled. The invention, which aims to create a simple and easy-to-use device, consists in the fact that the standing pair of rollers on the dome middle part and the lying pair of rollers are mounted on the side parts of an open-top bracket designed as handles, the middle part in order to achieve the required distance between the two pairs of rollers, is appropriately cranked.
