Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 2 und
Turn pipe for liquid manure distribution systems.
There are already devices for compressing the hose outlet mouths of Jaueheverteilungsanlagen as well as to a Jauoheverteilungssohlauoh turnable tubes with which a wide distribution of the liquid manure jet can be achieved.
Individual devices for pressing together. the Miindunb, the hose itself are inadequate from a constructional point of view and therefore unsatisfactory in terms of jet formation, which often results in malfunctions.
The stable turning tubes made of sheet metal are unwieldy and the cause of malfunctions cannot be easily identified and eliminated.
The subject of the invention is a turning pipe for liquid manure distribution systems, which is characterized according to the invention by a piece of hose which is provided at its rear end with means for detachable connection to a liquid manure distribution hose and on its front part carries a device for compressing the mouth end into a gradually flattening shape .
Advantageously, the device has a clamp to be attached to the hose piece with a press leg fixed to it and a press leg articulated on it, between which legs, in their closed position, the mouth end of the hose piece is gradually flattened together.
The gradual transition of the mouth end of the hose piece into the flat mouth cross-section promotes the acceleration of the liquid flow in this part and enables a relatively high exit speed of the liquid manure, which is distributed in a wide jet.
The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely:
1 shows a side view of the spiral tube with the hose pre-device closed,
2 shows a longitudinal section through the turning tube with the hose crimping device open,
3 shows a plan view of FIGS. 2 and
Fig. 4 is an end view of the spiral tube towards the mouth.
The turning tube shown has a piece of rubber hose 1, in the rear end of which a connecting sleeve 2 with two external threads 2 ′ formed by flanging the edge is fastened. With the help of this connection, the spiral pipe can be easily detachably connected to a suitably designed liquid manure distribution hose. On the front end of the hose piece 1, a clamp 3 is attached to which the pressing device for pressing the mouth end of the hose piece flat is attached.
The hose press device has a flat preshaped leg 4 fastened to the underside of the clamp 3 and a flat precharged leg 7 hinged to the bearing part 5 by bolts 6 on the upper side of the clamp. These two pressing legs serve to press the mouth end of the tube piece 1 together in such a way that a gradual transition from the round cross section of the tube piece into a flat outlet mouth is formed. This flat nozzle-shaped mouth part greatly enhances the acceleration of the flow velocity.
A mouth frame 8 is attached to the front end of the press leg 4. A press lever 10, which has two short legs 11, is rotatably mounted on axle bolts 9 on two upwardly directed legs 8 ′. Between the latter, a pressure sleeve 13 is rotatably mounted by means of two bolts 12, through which a steering bolt 14 articulated on the Prēschenkel 7 passes. The latter carries a cotter pin 15, which serves as a stop, over the pressure sleeve.
A handle 17 is attached to the bearing part 5 of the clamp 3 on the one hand and to the mouth frame 8 on the other hand, by means of which a convenient guidance of the turning tube is possible.
To a slide. To prevent the hose crimping device on the hose, the mouth edges of the hose 1 'are riveted to the ends of the crimping legs. The spiral tube is there, thanks to its flexibility, is extremely handy and largely insensitive to damage.
By closing the press lever in the position shown in Fig. 1, the mouth is pressed completely flat, as Fig. 4 'shows. If solid pieces of liquid get into the flat, mustardy part, it will through
