Method and device for safely transferring the cellulose strips or cellulose film produced using the conventional hopper into the
Puller.
To produce strips or films of cellulose, the aqueous solution suitably prepared for this purpose is passed through a slot of suitable dimensions
EMI1.1
bath (solidification liquid) supplied.
Attempts have therefore already been made to produce cellulose strips and cellulose films to use the usual funnel which is used to store the aqueous solution and which is provided with a slot at its lower end.
However, these attempts have not given favorable results because the aqueous solution emerging from the slot solidifies to a solid mass and it is not possible to grasp the same and transfer it to the pulling device.
The present invention relates to a method for safely transferring the cellulose strips or cellulose film emerging from the slots of conventional funnels into the pulling device.
A device suitable for carrying out the new method is illustrated in the drawing.
1, 2, 3 and 4 are schematic representations corresponding to the four individual phases of the transfer process.
When the funnel c is empty, one end of a piece of tissue a is inserted into its slot t1, while the other end is inserted into the organs of the pulling device to hold tight.
After the cellulose solution has been introduced into the funnel (FIG. 3), the cord d (FIG. 4) is removed and the pulling device is simultaneously set in motion. The cellulose solution emerging through the slot b turns into a strip or film e.
