  Verfahren zur Herstellung von   Guttaperehaersatz-Zündschnüren.   



   Die gebräuchlichen, mit Guttaperchaüberzug versehenen Zündschnüre werden in der Weise hergestellt, dass die rohe Zündschnur durch eine Walzen-oder Rollenführung nacheinander durch Gefässe und Matrizen geführt wird, von denen die ersteren eine Lösung von Pech und Guttapercha bzw. eine Guttaperchalösung enthalten, während die Matrizen, durch welche die

 worauf die Oberfläche der mit dem Guttaperchaüberzug versehenen Schnur durch eine dritte Matrize poliert und die Schnur auf ihrem weiteren Wege zu einer   Messtrommel   zwecks rascheren Festwerden mit Wasser bespritzt wird. 



   Nach einem anderen Verfahren pflegt man die Pulverseele der Zündschnur mit einem Bande aus Webstoff zu umwickeln oder mit Faserstoff zu umspinnen und dann die   Umhüllung mit   einer Teerschicht zu überziehen. 



   Wegen des herrschenden Mangels an Guttapercha einerseits und an Faserstoffen andererseits. zielt die Erfindung darauf hin, durch Abänderung der angedeuteten Verfahren und Verwendung leicht zugänglicher Ersatzstoffe Zündschnüre zu schaffen, welche den an   Guttaperchazünd-   schnüren gestellten Anforderungen möglichst entsprechen, namentlich bei starker Kälte eine gewisse Geschmeidigkeit beibehalten, und bei Sommerhitze genügende Starrheit bewahren.

Nach Durchgang durch die erste Matrize wird die Schnur durch eine in einem zweiten Behälter eingebrachte Lösung vom Zeresin bzw. Zeresinstearin gezogen. 



   Der weitere Vorgang des Polierens und Festmachens ist der gleiche wie bei den bisherigen Verfahren.
