  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Lackdose, mit einem aus Boden und Wand bestehenden Grundkörper sowie einem Deckel, wobei der Deckel und/oder der Boden ein Sichtfenster   aufweist/aufweisen,   Lack wird   üblicherweise   in undurchsichtigen Blechdosen verkauft. Daher ist es notwendig, dem Konsumenten einen Hinweis auf den Farbton des Lackes im Inneren der Dose zu geben. Dabei ist es üblich, dass die Farben- und Lackhersteller ihre Dosen mit einem farbigen Etikett versehen, wobei der Farbton des Etiketts möglichst genau mit dem Doseninhalt übereinstimmen sollte. Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, die Dose äusserlich mit einem Tupfen jener Farbe zu versehen, die sich im Inneren der Dose befindet. 



  Werden die Dosen vor dem Befüllen der Dosen farbig markiert, so ist es nachteilig, dass nicht beliebige Dosen befüllt werden können, sondern dass genau darauf geachtet werden muss, dass der eingefüllte Lack in seiner Farbe mit dem Farbhinweis auf der Dose übereinstimmt. Lackiert man hingegen die Dose während des Befüllens, so ist die frische, klebrige Farbe auf der Aussenseite der Dose hinderlich bei den weiteren Verfahrensschritten, wie beispielsweise der Verpackung für den Transport. 



  Zur Umgehung dieses Problems ist es weiters aus der AT 004941 U1 bekannt, im Deckel der Dose ein Sichtfenster anzuordnen, das mit einer transparenten Folie versehen ist. Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass die Herstellung einer dauerhaften, dichten Verbindung zwischen der Folie und der Deckelinnenseite relativ aufwendig ist. Ausserdem können derartige Folien leicht zerstört werden. 



  Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine verbesserte Möglichkeit der Farberkennung bei Lackdosen zu schaffen, welche die vorbeschriebenen Nachteile vermeidet und zudem eine kostengünstige und einfache Lösung darstellt. 



  Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass das Sichtfenster in den Deckel oder den Boden einrastbar ausgebildet ist. 



  Durch die Rastverbindung, die zudem mit einem Dichtelement versehen sein kann, ist eine schnelle und einfache Montage des Sichtfensters im Deckel oder im Boden der Dose gewährleistet.

   Ist das Sichtfenster aus transparentem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polypropylen oder
Polyethylen, hergestellt, können Beschädigungen desselben beinahe zur Gänze vermieden werden. Durch das einrastbare, transparente Sichtfenster lässt sich der Farbton der Farbe oder des   Lacks - nach Befüllung   der Dose und anschliessender Benetzung (durch Kippen) der Innenseite des Sichtfensters-begutachten. 



   Weiters ist vorgesehen, dass das Sichtfenster ausschliesslich von der Innenseite des Deckels oder von der Innenseite des Bodens her einrastbar ist. Dadurch kann die Originalität der
Lackdose sichergestellt werden, da ein Öffnen und Wiederverschliessen von aussen nicht möglich ist. 



   Mit Hilfe der gewählten Transparenz des Kunststoffes als auch der Oberflächen- beschaffenheit des Sichtfensters kann gezielt auf das Erscheinungsbild der Farbe   (z. B.   glänzend oder seidenmatt) Rücksicht genommen werden. 



  Da der Deckel bzw. der Boden zur Stabilität der geschlossenen Dose beiträgt, ist es günstig, wenn die Fläche des Sichtfensters weniger als 25 %, vorzugsweise weniger als 10 % der Fläche des Deckels, oder des Bodens beträgt. Um die Funktion der Farberkennung zu erfüllen, ist eine geringe Fläche des Sichtfensters ausreichend. Ein kleines Sichtfenster stellt sicher, dass die Stabilität der Dose nicht unnötig reduziert wird. 



  Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass das vorzugsweise tüllenförmige Sichtfenster eine umlaufende Nut aufweist, während der Deckel oder der Boden eine Öffnung aufweist, deren umlaufender Rand zum Eingriff in die Nut des Sichtfensters geformt ist. 



  Üblicherweise wird der Boden, die Wand und der Deckel, abgesehen vom Sichtfenster, aus Blech hergestellt sein, aber auch eine Herstellung der kompletten Dose aus Kunststoff ist denkbar. 



  Weitere Merkmale und Einzelheiten der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Figurenbeschreibung. Dabei zeigt : Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer erfindungsgemässen Dose, Fig. 2a eine Ansicht des Deckels einer erfindungsgemässen Dose und Fig. 2b einen Schnitt entlang A-A aus Fig. 2a.

  Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Dose weist in üblicher Weise einen Boden 1 sowie eine umlaufende Wand 2 auf, die miteinander verbunden sind und den Grundkörper der Dose bilden. Zum Verschliessen der Dose ist ein Deckel 3 vorgesehen. Boden 1, Wand 2 und Deckel 3 der Dose sind aus Blech, vorzugsweise Weissblech, hergestellt. Alternativ ist auch eine Fertigung von Boden 1, Wand 2 und Deckel 3 aus undurchsichtigem Kunststoff vorstellbar. 



  Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist im Deckel 3 der Dose ein Sichtfenster 4 angeordnet. Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Sichtfenster 4 ist rund, es ist jedoch auch jede andere Formgebung ebenso wie die Anordnung des Sichtfensters 4 im Boden 1 der Dose möglich. 



  Wie aus den Fig. 2a und 2b ersichtlich, weist der Deckel 3 eine Öffnung 8 auf, deren umlaufender Rand 6 als Lochfahne ausgebildet ist, die in eine am Sichtfenster 4 ebenfalls umlaufend angeordnete, eine Schnapprille bildende Nut 7 einrastet ist. Das Sichtfenster 4 kann in den Deckel 3 einfach   eingeprellt   werden, wobei die Lochfahne 6 nach aussen weist, um ein Öffnen und Wiederverschliessen des Sichtfensters 4 von aussen ohne Zerstörung desselben zu verhindern.

  To avoid this problem, it is also known from AT 004941 U1 to arrange a viewing window in the lid of the can, which is provided with a transparent film. However, it has been shown that the production of a permanent, tight connection between the film and the inside of the lid is relatively complex. In addition, such foils can be easily destroyed.



  The object of the invention is therefore to provide an improved possibility of color detection in paint cans, which avoids the disadvantages described above and is also an inexpensive and simple solution.



  This is achieved according to the invention in that the viewing window is designed to snap into the lid or the bottom.



  The snap-in connection, which can also be provided with a sealing element, ensures quick and easy installation of the viewing window in the lid or in the base of the box.

A small area of the viewing window is sufficient to fulfill the function of color recognition. A small viewing window ensures that the stability of the can is not unnecessarily reduced.



  A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the preferably grommet-shaped viewing window has a circumferential groove, while the lid or the bottom has an opening, the circumferential edge of which is shaped for engagement in the groove of the viewing window.



  Usually, the bottom, the wall and the lid, apart from the viewing window, will be made of sheet metal, but it is also conceivable to produce the complete box from plastic.

  The can shown in Fig. 1 has in the usual way a bottom 1 and a circumferential wall 2, which are interconnected and form the base of the can. A lid 3 is provided for closing the can. Bottom 1, wall 2 and lid 3 of the can are made of sheet metal, preferably tinplate. Alternatively, it is also conceivable to manufacture floor 1, wall 2 and cover 3 from opaque plastic.



  In the embodiment shown, a viewing window 4 is arranged in the lid 3 of the can. The viewing window 4 shown in FIG. 1 is round, but any other shape is also possible, as is the arrangement of the viewing window 4 in the base 1 of the can.



  As can be seen from FIGS. 2a and 2b, the cover 3 has an opening 8, the circumferential edge 6 of which is designed as a perforated lug which engages in a groove 7, which is also circumferentially arranged on the viewing window 4 and forms a snap groove. The viewing window 4 can simply be smashed into the cover 3, the perforated tab 6 pointing outwards in order to prevent the viewing window 4 from being opened and closed again from the outside without destroying it.
