Einrichtung an Zigarrenspitzen und dgl. zum Festhalten der Zigarre.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung an Zigarrenspitzen und ähnlichen Rauchrequisiten zum Festhalten der Zigarre, und zwar liegt das Wesen der Erfindung darin, dass die im Innern der Zigarrenspitze vorgesehenen Lappen zu nach oben gerichteten, in eine Spitze auslaufenden Schneiden und gewölbt ausgebildet sind, wodurch ein leichtes Einstechen wie auch ein festes Sitzen der Zigarre in der Spitze ermöglicht ist. Zweckmässig werden diese Lappen aus dem harten Spitzenntiteriale durch teilweises Ausstanzen und Nacheinwärtsbiegen hergestellt, wobei die Biegekante und die gestanzten Kanten vorteilhaft ein Dreieck bilden. Die entstehenden Einschnitte in der Zigarre ersetzen vollkommen das Abschneiden und durch die Krümmung wird diese so festgehalten, dass ein Herausfallen aus der Spitze nicht möglich ist.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielweise veranschaulicht, und zwar in Draufsicht und Ansicht mit teilweisem Längsschnitte.
Die Zigarrenspitze 1 ist entweder aus einem Stücke aus hartem Materiale oder sie weist einen Einsatz 2 aus diesem an der Einsteckseite auf. Beispielsweise kann Blech zur Anwendung gelangen. Der Einsatz wird in der Regel eine schwachkonische Gestalt aufweisen. Im Mantel dieses Einsatzes oder im gegebenen Falle in der Spitze selbst werden nun durch Ausstanzen und Umbiegen nach innen gerichtete Lappen 3 hergestellt, und zwar derart, dass die Biegekante und die beiden Schnittkanten ein stumpfwinkeliges Dreieck bilden, dessen eine kürzere Seite die Biegekante ist, die vorteilhaft in einer Ebene mit der Zigarrenspitzenachse liegend angeordnet wird.
Es entstehen durch diese Ausbildung der Lappen nach oben gerichtete, in eine Spitze auslaufende Schneiden, durch welche nebst Vergrösserung des Einschnittes in der Zigarre ein leichtes Einstecken derselben wie ajch ein festes Sitzen erzielt wird. Diese Wirkung wird noch dadurch erhöht, dass die Lappen eine Wölbung erhalten.

The subject of the present invention is a device on cigar tips and similar smoking props for holding the cigar. The essence of the invention is that the lobes provided inside the cigar tip are curved upwardly into cutting edges that taper into a tip, thereby creating a easy piercing as well as a firm seating of the cigar in the tip is made possible. These flaps are expediently produced from the hard pointed titerial by partially punching out and bending it inwards, the bending edge and the punched edges advantageously forming a triangle. The resulting incisions in the cigar completely replace the cutting and the curvature holds it in such a way that it cannot fall out of the tip.

The cigar tip 1 is either made of a piece of hard material or it has an insert 2 made of this on the insertion side. For example, sheet metal can be used.
