Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Einrichtung eines über dem Führersitz von Fahrzeugen aller Art anzubringenden Schutzdachs. Bei Automobilen soll die Einrichtung hauptsächlich

Das Schutzdach ist derart eingerichtet, dass es über dem Führersitz angebracht oder auch entfernt werden kann, je nachdem, ob die Insassen auf einen freien Ausblick nach vorn Wert legen bzw. ob bei Regenwetter ein Schutz erwünscht ist.
Das den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende versenkbare Führerdach besitzt einen Dachkörper, welcher in der Querrichtung in zwei oder mehrere Teile geteilt ist. Diese Teile sind durch feststellbare Gelenke miteinander verbunden und der hintere Teil ist durch Gelenke mit an dem Aufbau des Wagens bzw. Bootes in senkrechter Richtung geführten Teilen verbunden. Drehzapfen an dem Dachkörper umgelegt werden können, so dass sie sich dicht an den betreffenden Teil des Dachkörpers anlegen. Zwischen dem Führersitz und dem Aufbau ist ein Zwischenraum vorgesehen, in welchen das Dach in zusammengelegtem Zustande versenkt werden kann.
Um bei aufgestelltem Führerdach den Dachkörper an seinem hinteren, am Aufbau des Wagens liegenden Ende in einfacher Weise festzuhalten, können an dem Aufbau über den Führungen der durch Gelenke mit dem hinteren Teil des Dachkörpers verbundenen Teile nach vorn vorstehende Laschen oder dgl. vorgesehen sein. An diesen Laschen wild der hintere Teil des Dachkörpers durch Verschraubung oder dgl. befestigt. Man kann aber natürlich auch zum Festhalten des hinteren Endes des Dachkörpers die mit diesem Teil des Dachkörpers verbundenen, am Aufbau geführten Teile mit den erwähnten Laschen verbinden.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in seiner Anwendung für ein Automobil dargestellt.
Fig. 1 veranschaulicht das über dem Führersitz befindliche Führerdach in der Seitenansicht.
Fig. 2 ist die Oberansicht auf die Hälfte des Führerdaches. Fig. 3 veranschaulicht in grösserem Massstabe die Verbindung zwischen dem Führerdach und dem Wagengehäuse und Fig. 4 zeigt ebenfalls in vergrössertem Massstabe die eine Seite des Rahmens des Führerdaches von oben gesehen, teilweise im Schnitt.
