   Vorliegender Zusatz bezieht sich auf eine Ausführungsart des Verfahrens gemäss Patent Nr. 54255, durch welche die Durchführung des Verfahrens auch dann möglich wird, wenn durch den Einfluss höherer Temperaturen eine Ausscheidung der Albumine stattfindet. 



   Es ist bekannt, dass eine Trennung der gelösten Kohlehydrate von ausgeschiedenen All) uminen in der Praxis die grössten Schwierigkeiten bereitet, da sich die feinen schleimigen Bestandteile der Albumine in gequollener Form vorfinden und die   Filtertücher   der Presse sofort verlegen. Jede glatte Filtration ist dadurch behindert. 



   Diesen Übelstand zu beheben ist der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung, welche darin besteht, dass das Gemenge vor der Filtration auf eine möglichst niedrige Temperatur (7 bis 100 C) rückgekühlt wird.   Die schleimigen gequollenen   Bestandteile werden dadurch in eine mehr oder weniger körnige, leicht filtrierbar Form übergeführt und eine Verlegung der Filtertücher ist verhütet.
